16: Knowing that I will be an "awesome" facilitator when given the chance is for me building my confidence. I know I can share my knowledge and experience with teachers who truly want to create a 21at Century Classroom.
17: I am clearly more confident in my skills, knowledge, and ability. I am excited when teachers ask me to help them or come to me for "how to...." I learned that patience and understanding of those who think they know yet don't feel intimidated by the advances in technology. The major thing I learned is to "not be so bossy." I tend to want to take control of things when I need to let others do as well. I definitely know a lot more now then when I started, and I have more to learn...Common Core especially! | I am a 21st Century Educator
