2: Fall is the first season of the school year. The months in September are September, October and November. The weather begins to get cooler and trees lose their leaves. In some places in the country, the leaves change colors. Fall holidays include Halloween and Thanksgiving.
5: After Fall comes winter. Winter is the coldest season. During this season, there is sometimes snow. Animals hibernate to avoid the cold weather. Winter months include December, January and February. Winter months include Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year, Valentine's Day, and President's Day.
6: After winter comes spring. During the springtime, plants and animals come out of their winter hibernation. Flowers bloom and the earth turns from cold and barren to warm and lush. Spring months include March, April and May. Some holidays celebrated in the spring are Easter, Passover, and Mother's Day.
9: Summer comes after spring. Summer is the hottest month. The days are longer in summer than during any other time of the year. The summer months include June, July, and August. Summer holidays include Father's day, the fourth of July, Juneteenth, and of coarse, SUMMER VACATION!
