29: Grandma was born June 17, 1926 to Eula (Flowers) and Riley Bell. She was born in Lesterville Missouri but grew up in Saint Louis Missouri. She met Kenneth Schachsieck (Grandpa) after the war and they were married on September 11, 1948. Grandma and Grandpa had two Children. Diane (Grammy) was born April 11, 1953 and Kenny was born February 28, 1955. Grandma and Grandpa were married for 33 1/2 years before Grandpa passed away on February 10, 1982. Grandma later married Charles Johnston in May of 1988. Grandma was very active and like to dance, golf, bowl, play cards and have fun. My favorite memories of Grandma are of the holidays in the kitchen and Grandma teaching Laura and me to dance while we cooked with Mom.
