BC: For my beautiful daughter Corrie. I Love You! Love, Dad March 2011
FC: Daddy's Little Girl
You are a princess in my heart, and I care for you so much. I love the fondness in your eyes and your tender little touch. I looked at you when you were born, and knew then, right away, that I would be forever here to watch you grow and play. You bring to me a heart of joy, and memories so great, and a powerful sense of fatherhood that no one can debate. I watch you sleep and dream of things that I can only wonder. That innocent look upon your face just makes my heart grow fonder. I see you run and jump and shout and calling out my name. No love that I have ever known could ever feel the same. No suffering or tragedy nor deeply seeded pain could ever over shadow the bond that we retain. And so my little princess, before you go to sleep, Remember I'm your daddy, and I am yours to keep.
God breathes and the beauty of nature is revealed. You are His most beautiful creation and I am left breathless.
A baby girl...one of the most beautiful miracles in life, one of the greatest joys we can ever know, and one of the reasons why there is a little extra sunshine, laughter and happiness in the world today.
Lucky the child who can climb into that lap of safety and know, always, the confidence born of a father's love.
I don't need anyone to tell me about heaven. I look at my daughter and I believe.
Little girls are precious gifts, wrapped in love serene. Their dresses tied with sashes and futures tied with dreams.
A daughter is your greatest source of pride and your greatest hope for the future...The happiest moment in your life was the day she was introduced to the world.
My Daughter My daughter means the world to me, so much out there for her to see. I'd like to take her in my arms, and show her the world and all its charms. As she grows a little day by day, God lights the path, to guide her way. As she blooms out like a precious flower, She will always know God's wonderful power.
A daughter is a day brightener and a heart warmer.
Daughters are the most precious of our treasures, the dearest possessions of our homes and the objects of our most watchful love.
A daughter is a bundle of firsts that excite and delight, giggles that come from deep inside and are always contagious, everything wonderful and precious and your love for her knows no bounds.
Daughters dance their way into your heart, whirling on the tips of angel wings, scattering gold dust and kisses in your path.
A daughter is a gift of love.
SHE IS... She is charted territory. So far charted that I doubt I can remember the journey. She is lost in all her findings, beautiful in all her discoveries and I am jealous of her innocence. She wanders across the floors with a box, dragging in her hand and she whines for a look into its contents. She is full of wonderment and I sink to the kitchen floor and hope that I could walk with her. She laughs, and it's as if she's never laughed before. She cries, her heart knows only what it misses. She kisses me, puckered lips, she leans in to give me such a sweet gesture of love. She is my daughter, my after-work joy, my love-laugh bundle, full of more excitement than I knew existed.
A daughter is the happy memories of the past, the joyful moments of the present, and the hope and promise of the future.
A daughter is a miracle that never ceases to be miraculous...full of beauty and forever beautiful...loving and caring and truly amazing.
A daughter is a little girl who grows up to be a friend.
A daughter may outgrow your lap, but she will never outgrow your heart.
When a daughter leaves the nest and spreads her wings, a father watches the sky with pride, joy and a little sadness because time has gone by too fast.
There's two things I know for sure, She was sent here from heaven, and she's daddy's little girl. As I drop to my knees by her bed at night, she talks to Jesus, and I close my eyes. And I thank God for all of the joy in my life, But most of all, for... | Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer. Sticking little white flowers all up in her hair. "Walk beside the pony daddy, it's my first ride." "I know the cake looks funny daddy, but I sure tried." Oh, with all that I've done wrong, I must have done something right To deserve a hug every morning and butterfly kisses at night. | Sweet sixteen today, she's looking like her mamma a little more everyday. One part woman, the other part girl, To perfume and make-up, from ribbons and curls. Trying her wings out in a great big world. But I remember.....
Butterfly kisses after bedtime prayer. Sticking little white flowers all up in her hair. "You know how much I love you daddy, but if you don't mind, I'm only going to kiss you on the cheek this time." With all that I've done wrong I must have done something right. To deserve her love every morning and butterfly kisses at night. | All the precious time like the wind, the years go by Precious butterfly spread your wings and fly. She'll change her name today. She'll make a promise, and I'll give her away. Standing in the bride room just staring at her, she asked me what I'm thinking, and I said "I'm not sure, I just feel like I'm losing my baby girl." The she leaned over...and gave me... | Butterfly kisses, with her mamma there. Sticking little flowers all up in her hair, "Walk me down the aisle, daddy, it's just about time", "Does my wedding gown look pretty, daddy?" "Daddy, don't cry." | With all that I've done wrong, I must have done something right To deserve her love every morning, and butterfly kisses at night. I couldn't ask God for more, this is what love is. I know I've gotta let her go, but I'll always remember. Every hug in the morning, and butterfly kisses...
