FC: Lori and Sean's Adoption Profile
1: About Us | Hi Our names are Lori and Sean, and we're happy you have the chance to take a little look into our lives. We met through mutual friends and hit it off right away. Our relationship is a mix of a wonderful friendship and kindred spirits. We knew we were meant to be together, and the surprise proposal happened at Lori's high school reunion. We have now been married over 10 years, and we grow closer every day. We were both raised in Christian families and share the same morals. We are an active and fun loving couple, silly at times and laughing all of the time. We are also honest and open minded. | We love the outdoors, on any given day of the week, you can find us relaxing on our patio or out in our backyard playing with our dog Lexi. We enjoy camping with our friends and family. Both of us love to fish, hike and bike ride. We root for the home teams and love to go to Brewers and Packers games. Yes, we are Cheeseheads! Music is also big part of our lives. Sean is learning to play the guitar, we love to go to concerts and have even been known to do a little two-steppin' or swing dancing. We have tight knit families, and they are supportive of our decision to adopt a child. We have many nieces and nephews on both sides of the family and are very involved in their lives. We have tried many ways to start a family of our own, and at one time we were expecting twins, but sadly they were stillborn at 19 weeks. Pregnancy, for us, was just not meant to be. We know in our hearts that adoption is the way to go, and we are truly excited for what lies ahead! Adoption will be providing us with a miracle we could not achieve without the brave and unselfish decision of another. We know this is an emotional journey for everyone involved, but we want you to know that we will love your child, and they will know that you love them as well. We are hoping to have a relationship with you as well, and would like to involve you in this child's life, whether it be sharing photos, or visiting throughout the year, if that is something you are interested in. Blessings, Lori and Sean

We have continued that tradition and go at least once or twice a year to that same campground. We cant wait to start our own family tradition and create our own lasting memories!!!
15: We also like to go out in our boat, for fishing, tubing, or just relaxing out on the lake. Lexi is loving the water, so are our nieces, Kaley and Morgan, in the pictures below.
16: Lexi is our 2 year old Lab. She is a very good natured dog, and plays well with children of any age. She loves the outdoors, like her "parents" and could spend hours swimming, (good thing her "Uncle" and "Aunt" live on a lake). She would love to have someone to play with and adore. | Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole" Roger Caras

22: Thank you for taking the time to peek into our lives. We admire you for the courage you have shown, considering adoption for your baby. We understand this is a difficult choice to make. We would like you to know that we will provide this child with a loving home and endless opportunities to grow. Our approach to raising a child will be a more natural approach. We even plan to make our own baby food. Working in the field of Occupational Therapy has opened my (Lori) eyes to a more holistic view, as well as having an excellent understanding of growth and developmental patterns. We would like to be able to be open and honest with the child throughout his/her life and we are hoping to have that same open relationship with you as well (if this is what you want). We will always let your child know how much you love them, after all, a child can never have too much love. We hope you have a better understanding of who we are. Whatever your decision might be, we wish you all the best. We will pray for you and your child, that God will guide you through this journey and give you the strength to do what is best for you and your baby.
