S: Wow, What a Ride!!

BC: About Aging I try to ignore the changes That creep into my life with passing days... For now my steps are taken more cautiously, And I have to be alert to keep from falling. I desire and tell my skin to stop wrinkling, And my muscles to stop sagging. So I exercise--not running any more, But walking to keep joints flexible I will not give an inch as my mind and body Tell me time is quickly passing. Yet, I am happy, savoring each moment, day, and year with smiles and laughter. I know who will win this race in time, but each love filled moment is mine to cherish and enjoy. Time...keep marching on, but remember... I will give you a good race, With a smile on my face, For in this contest I can't lose, Either way, I will be the winner! Carma Kirby February 2010
