1: Livin life to the fullest | Getting Active

2: Types of Exercises | isotonic exercise: is a muscle contraction and a movement of body parts. Jumping jacks and pushups are good examples of this type of exercise. | isometric exercise: a muscle is tightened for about five to six seconds and there is no body movement. Pushing against a wall would be an example. isokinetic exercise: weight is moved through a full range of motion. Exercise machines at health centers and training rooms provide for this type of exercise.

3: aerobic exercise: is a type of exercise that oxygen is required continually for extended period of time. Walking long distances and riding a bike are examples of this type of exercise. anaerobic exercise is one in which the body demands more oxygen than is available and a person begins to pant for air. Running and playing tag are examples of this type of exercise.

4: NUTRITION

6: Food gives you energy to work and play. Food gives you energy to move and grow. There are five food groups: Fruits, Vegetables, Protein, Grains, and Diary.

7: Protein, such as nuts, helps your body grow and stay strong. Fruits and vegetables such as applesauce and carrots, has vitamins and minerals that help you stay healthy. Grains like, granola bars, give you energy.

8: Dairy, such as, milk, yogurt, cheese contains calcium, which keeps bones and teeth healthy. It is okay to have a sweet tooth once and a while and indulge on soda or candy bars, but in moderation.

What is your favorite activity? Tackle football What is your least favorite activity? Jumping rope How do you stay healthy? Playing football, baseball and basketball because you run a lot.

14: "Running From the Monster" Game | How to Play 1. Run from the "Monster" 2. When the "Monster" tags you, you have to do an exercise activity that the "Monster " assigns you. 3. Do the exercise activity 30 times and then you freeze. You can unfreeze yourself by tagging someone, but you must stay in the same spot. The person that you tagged must do the same exercise activity that you did 30 times. 4. The last person that is in the game becomes the "monster" in the next game.

15: RULES 1. No bossing people around. 2. Don't push nor shove. 3. Play fair and be courteous to each other
