S: Bix Winter 2012
FC: Bix Family Winter 2012
1: January - March 2012 This winter was unseasonably warm and we had little to no snow as compared to the last few years. Our family spent the winter on the basketball court watching Hayden and Sawyer play for the Upward league. Both boys had great seasons and Hayden proved to be an excellent guard and Baby B picked up where he left off last year and was the point leader for his team. Hayden had a low-key 12th birthday in January and we went to an OSU Hockey game at the Schott. In February, Garland had the opportunity to help her teacher give a presentation at the Marysville School Board meeting and T-Bone was asked to participate in a presentation for the Union County's Chamber of Commerce's annual dinner. We enjoyed our weekend off between sports seasons in mid-March and took a mini-vacation to Indianapolis for a weekend. We spent the day at the Indy Children's Museum and played with Barbies, Legos, trains and Mr. Potato Head. We enjoyed a nice dinner at the Rock Bottom Brewery and swam in the hotel pool before we headed back home just in time for Sawyer to make baseball practice.
