Zach Shackelford Coach Layman - Thanks Coach for coaching defense this year. Our defense has improved dramatically and you have been a blessing to this team.

Aaron Layman Dad - You have always been there for me in all the sports I have played, but having you as a coach has been great. It has brought us so much closer together and I'll never forget these times we have had. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your work to come coach us. I appreciate everything you do, Dad, and winning state with you will always be one of my favorite memories.

Brooks Creech Dear Coach Layman - You always made practice fun. Your abstract encouragement always kept our egos in check and our minds on the task at hand. Thanks for always being there when I was down or discouraged. Watching your defense always got me pumped up to go out and play hard. Thanks for always helping us raise the bar.

Bryce Martin Coach Layman - This year you put me in as linebacker; you believed in me even though I didn't believe in myself. My appreciation for you is more than you can understand and outside my father, no one has influenced my life more than you. I have a profound respect for you both as a coach and a man. You won that game for us; defense was the key. No one will ever replace you as the best coach I have ever had. I love you coach and thank you for everything you have done for me.

Weldon Sloan Coach Layman - I am so glad I've had the pleasure to get to know you over these last two years. You are really a Godly man and a man worthy of respect. I am so thankful for all of your advice and teaching. I'm really going to miss having you around. Thanks so much for everything!

Josh Olson Coach Layman - Ever since I've been at LCA you've been coaching me in some way or another. You've set a Godly example of what it means to be a man. Thank you so much for your time and effort this year.

Preston Swor Coach Layman - Thanks to you, everyone now calls me Diva. But seriously, I cannot imagine football without you and your sarcasm. You are a great coach and a Godly role model for all us guys. Thank you so much for all you done for us. I'll miss you next year!

Cole McClellan Coach Layman - I am so glad and blessed that I got to spend so much time with you this year. You are so strong and such a great leader. I am thankful that I got to learn from you. We could not have finished the journey like we wanted to if we had not had the defensive coach we had. I can't believe it is already over. I will miss you so much when I'm gone!

Zander Leeke Coach Layman - Thank you for giving me a spot on the practice team where I could learn what to do. You always helped me out and told me what I needed to do to get better.

Preston Page Coach Layman - Thanks for keeping things fun. I probably would have wanted to die at football camp if it weren't for your sarcasm getting me through the day. It makes the conditioning a little bit more bearable. You're a great coach and an awesome person, and I'm glad to have known you!

Nathan Gordoni Coach Layman - You are a great teacher and really funny! I really enjoyed being around you this year!

Nathan Shackelford Coach Layman - Thank you for how kind and patient you have been with me this year. It has meant a lot that you have checked on me and been so caring about my injury. Throughout the year, you have always treated me like an equally important part of the team and that helped me get through this tough season. Thank you for the man of God you are and all you have invested in my life. I'll miss you next year.

Kalen Malett Coach Layman - Thank you so much for being such an awesome coach and mentor to me. This short note doesn't do justice to thank you for how much of an impact you have made in my life, both on the field and spiritually. You are like a second father to me and are such an inspiration and an awesome man of God. I will always remember you and the things you've done for me. I consider myself so blessed to have you as a part of my life. Thanks coach Yoast!

Matt Eckert Coach Layman - You are the best! I'm glad I have another year with you!

I love you so much!
