55: Name 5 words to describe Susie: 1.Perky, optimistic, energetic, fun, caring If Susie was a wine what kind would she be and why? Dori: Walking into Judy and Larry's home for the first time, carrying a bottle of white wine and seeing Susie smile. I'm sure it was because of me and not the wine. If Susie were a car what kind of car would she be and why? Gordon:A baby bird-'56 like Suzanne Summers drove in American Graffiti. Dori: I agree-it was advertised as the "mink coat for father car". 56: Name 5 words to describe Susie: Sensitive, Unique, Sweet, Interesting, Exciting If Susie was a wine what kind would she be and why? She would be an unusual blend of the sensible reliable Cabernet Sauvignon grape along with the fruity flavors and hints of nuttiness from the sangiovese grape. Finally the rich character and spicy flavors from the zinfandel grape would add depth to this perfect blend that has been aged to perfection and would provide the palate with a perfect sweetness just as Susie’s sweetness is radiated upon everyone she meets. Gary: Hybrid. Reason: Cuz Jenny said she would be a blend if she was a wine. Your first memory of Susie: The first memory I have is when mom took care of me after I fell off my rocking horse. Since it was my first memory it is all that I remember but I know she was there for me. If Susie were a car what kind of car would she be and why? Sure Steve as if I really know cars. If I were to pick a car it would be sure to be reliable, safe, comfortable, and economical maybe like a Toyota Corolla. If Susie were an animal, what kind of animal would she be and why? A horse. Loyal, compassionate, free-spirited. Enjoys the company of others and strives to make others feel at ease. Although happy to have the comforts of home, every once in awhile needs to run free & discover new places of interest. If you had just one sentence left to say to Susie what would you say? Always and forever you have been a mother, a nurturer, and a true friend.

If Susie was a wine what kind would she be and why? I think she would best be described as a White Burgundy. Made from Chardonnay grapes, this wine is considered the Queen of wines. It’s an elegant drink that’s clean and fresh on the palette. It’s been very popular for ages (just like Sue) because it’s approachable and versatile. Either that or a great Louie D. Syrah. I was smitten and tongue tied. If Susie were a car what kind of car would she be and why? A ’57 Thunderbird – fun, gorgeous, and sexy! Describe a favorite memory you have with Susie: My favorite memories with Sue all seem to revolve around camping. Whether it was our honeymoon in the motor home in Idaho, all the weekends at the lake, backpacking the Sierras, or trailer camping, the happiest I’ve seen her is around the campfire. My best memories are when she’s a happy camper. Describe one of the silliest/funniest things you have seen Susie do: Boy is that a loaded question! I still remember the night we were camping at South Lake and she got up from the log we were sharing to go to the tent for something. It was dark with the only light being cast from the campfire. I asked if she needed the flashlight and she responded “No, I have excellent night vision”. Within seconds of this comment she collided with the stone fire ring and opened a nasty gash on her leg. Even though she got scarred from this encounter, we still laugh at it today. If Susie were an animal what would she be and why? Sue is a Cougar. She chased me down when I was just a pup. If you had just one sentence left to say to Susie what would you say? As the days go by, I realize more and more just how much I love you. There is no one I’d rather spend my life with than you. I’m the luckiest guy I know to have found a true soul mate. Just to be clear, this was written by your husband.
