2: Dave's Ranch Chicken Bottle of Ranch dressing Chicken breasts or tenders Italian bread crumbs Dip breasts or tenders liberally into ranch dressing then cover in bread crumbs. Pan fry for 3 minutes on each side until done. Eat with a side of pilaf, risotto, or over a salad.

4: Chocolate Haupia Pie an onolicious (delicious) recipe originally from Hawaii 1 (9 inch) ready made pie crust 1 cup milk 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk 1 cup white sugar 1 cup water 1/2 cup cornstarch 7/8 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips chopped macadamia nuts 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake crust for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside to cool. 2) In a medium saucepan, whisk together milk, coconut milk and 1 cup sugar. In a separate bowl, dissolve the cornstarch in water. Bring coconut mixture to a boil. Reduce to simmer and slowly whisk in the cornstarch. Continue stirring mixture over low heat until thickened, about 3 minutes. 3) In a glass bowl, microwave chocolate chips for 1 minute or until melted. Divide the coconut pudding evenly into two bowls. Mix chocolate into one portion. Spread on the bottom of the pie crust. Pour the remaining portion of pudding on top of the chocolate and spread smooth. Refrigerate for about an hour and sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts over top and serve.
6: Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Cookies with Cranberries Ingredients: 2/3 cup Butter or Margarine, softened 2/3 cup Brown Sugar 2 Eggs 1 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats 1 1/2 cups Flour 1 teaspoon Baking Soda 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1 Bag of Sweetened Dried Cranberries (6 oz.) 2/3 cup Chocolate Chips 1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
7: The Best Smell Ever: cookies baking in the oven | Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using an electric mixer beat butter or margarine and brown sugar together in a bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sweetened dried cranberries, chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
