FC: Anger | By: Drew Clarke 10-4
Anger My scrapbook is about an emotion that I constantly keep having. I keep getting angry and I'm becoming very vexed about it. Every little thing is just becoming very irksome. I'm not understanding why so this scrapbook will help me mellow out my anger. So by writing poems of anger will just clear my demons.
English Sonnet | Is a fourteen lined poem that is divided up into three quatrains and a pair of concluding couplets.
Anger you are an infection, Just like a disease Sometimes you are able to be purified But can be caught like a cold from a sneeze This emotion doesn't let people come inside Anger takes over every emotion You don't want to talk or even be touched But you are like a chemical dropped in a poison When you are angry nothing matters as much Anger is like a dangerous pit bull You can't stop rabies from coming out your mouth But being mad at petty stuff makes you a fool You keep cursing like someone from the south Anger is an overwhelming thing But anger is an emotion that sting

Prose Poem | It looks like and ordinary prose passage but it uses a lot of imagery and Figurative language.
Anger your like lighting hitting the ground. You're like a person screaming at their mom. You're like a cracked pipe and non-stop barking dog. Anger you are a shot from a gun. 10: I choose this author because I love his style of writing. I like that every word in his poems have deeper meanings. I thinks it's cool to have to figure out what a poem is talking about. | Author explanation
