You take it everywhere and love you hold it while you suck your thumb. You love playing with your babies and cooking in your kitchen. You also love being outside. You have so much fun playing at the new park by our house. You would live outside if we let you. You love cupcakes. You would eat them every day if possible. You love Sadie. You are constantly asking where “your dog” is.

9: In June you helped Daddy paint polka dots in the playroom. You rode on a carousel for the first time and quickly discovered how much fun it was. Anytime we go to the mall you want to ride the horse and get a cookie. You love pretending to talk on the phone. You usually walk around telling Gran all about your day. 10: In July we went to Seguin to visit Marie and Jesse. While we were there we played at a park and fed ducks. One of the ducks was so tame you were able to hug it. We watched fireworks for the 4th of July and you thought they were very cool until the loud grand finale scared you. We played in downtown Ft. Worth and took lots of pictures of you. You also had fun baking cookies and playing on your new slip n slide.

We went to Fossil Rim and the Glenrose State Park. Fossil Rim was very cool. You fed lots of animals and watched a giraffe drool on Jingles. You and Gran decided that giraffes say “SLURP”.
15: In September we started dance lessons with Innovative Dance and gymnastics at Top Flight. You loved taking gymnastics with Aubrey and Payton. You sometimes like dance but not always. We ended up ending both activities at the end of the year. Your hair is finally long enough for a ponytail! You are so cute!
16: October was a very busy month! We fed the ducks at Lake Arlington and went to the Dallas zoo. You loved feeding the giraffes at the zoo. You went to 3 pumpkin patches and loved every minute of them. At the pumpkin patches you rode ponies, pet a donkey, played in bounce houses, played in hay, picked out pumpkins and played other fun games. At school you dressed up as a pirate for the Halloween parade. You dressed up as a clown for gymnastics and trick or treating. You had lots of fun going trick or treating in our neighborhood and loved passing out candy even more. The Texas Ranger’s went to the playoffs so we bought you a shirt to support them. 20: Christmas Traditions Christmas was so much fun this year. We have a few traditions and added some this year. We read the “Elf on a Shelf” book and named our elf Elvis. Every morning we looked to see where Elvis was hiding. We also took you to pick out an ornament. This is the 3rd year we have done this and you were so proud of your green ball. We also visited Santa Claus. You were very excited but froze up when it was our turn. Santa was very nice and you eventually warmed up to him. You asked to go back and see him again before Christmas. Christmas Eve we made cookies for Santa. You had a blast decorating them.

24: In January we took you to the Ft. Worth Livestock Show and Rodeo. You had lots of fun petting the animals but weren’t too interested in the rodeo. You just wanted to ride a horse. When Daddy took you to the bathroom you told the cowboys they did a good job going potty. You had fun going to Build a Bear and making a pink dog. You played dress up a lot and spent time looking adorable! We redid your room and made it a big girl room. You picked out the bedspread and Jingles brought us Mommy’s old bed. You painted flowers, used a potato to stamp and made a cool painting with salt and glue. You had fun at your school Valentine’s Day party. We had fun but were very glad when it was warm enough to go to the zoo! Gran and Jingles visited and brought a dollhouse and cradle that Mommy and Aunt Jenn played with. Mommy redid the dollhouse so you can play with it. You love rocking your babies in the cradle. We met Aubrey and Payton at the Indoor Safari Park in Southlake. You rode an elephant and an indoor train and thought it was very cool. You also spent time outside riding the tricycle you got for Christmas.
