1: Omar was born born in Clark, Missouri, on 12 February 1893. It was said he was a amazing baseball and football player, captain of both teams. He later worked as a boiler maker at the Wabash Railroad.
2: His Sunday school teacher at Central Christian Church told him to take the entrance examination for the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York.
3: Omar attended West Point, and graduated in 1915 as part of a class that contained many future generals.There were 59 generals in that graduating class, with Bradley rank of General of the Army.
4: Omar Bradly served in world war 2 as a field commander. In many places such as North Africa, Sicily , Normandy, and the Western Europe Defense.
