87: Justin O'Dell President | Civic Clubs are part of the very fabric of most communities and Marietta Kiwanis is certainly no exception. However, these clubs are at risk of fading away. In order to refresh and grow, our club made a concerted effort to serve out loud, to change things up and to grow and share Kiwanis with those around us. We have focused very hard on branding and networking through social media. We have been publicizing our events and encouraging guests to join us not only for lunch, but in service. We have tried a 5th Thursday social where we cancel the lunch meeting and have a membership driven social event and have been incredibly successful. I have been incredibly honored to lead such a wonderful organization and have been humbled by the support and willingness to try some new things and grow the club. It is a year I'll never forget. | Justin O'Dell President
