FC: Ah yes. Stress. It's something we all have to deal with on a daily basis

3: Some Other Effects Stress Might have on you are: Aggressive, or intolerable nature, | Insomnia(a condition where you can't fall asleep), or lack of sleep, | Or even depression may even occur. Sometimes you might have to talk to your doctor about these signs.
4: There are many ways to help you relieve your stress: talk to a friend, eat right, try yoga, mediate,exercise, or take ten deep breaths.
