Decisions, Decisions | I chose to go to the University of Texas at Austin | I chose to go into accounting. I chose this because my grandfather was an accountant and it interested me. | Why I made this decision: 1) I like this school because it is very diverse and it has many opportunities to offer. 2) It is known for it's academics and it's a good place to start learning about accounting. 3) This school is in Texas which makes it less hard to travel from home to school if I need to.

freshman year | This year has been one of the best of my life and I hope that I can have a similar experience next year. | This year I decided to look around the school and see what it has to offer me beyond education, so I chose to join an intramural soccer team.

Sophomore year | After such a great freshmen year I didn't know how I could have an even better time this year but I did. This year has given me many memories I won't forget | This year I started to get more focused on my future than last year, so I got a part-time job as a soccer referee to earn some cash.

Junior Year | This year I began to pick up responsibility and I learned that I can still have loads of fun at the same time. | With the money that I accumulated last year as a soccer ref, I bought a small apartment off-campus. | Also, I stopped reffing soccer and got an internship at an accounting firm.

Senior Year | I's been a long and fun four years but this has definitely been the best year. | This year I found a girlfriend and got engaged to Ariana Grande. | As this year came to an end and graduation came near I decided to go on vacation, so I went backpacking across Europe.

Graduation | I graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. I graduated in late May of 2020. My graduation ceremony was at 6:45.

A Job at Last | After graduation, I worked on my resume so I could get a job. After looking around and sending out cover letters to employers, I finally got a response from H&R Block. | I prepared a Q&A and I did my interview and I got the job as a CPA! The pay was a little less than I expected but it wasn't that bad. Son now I'm getting ready to start off as a CPA making $54,441 a year.

Throughout the first year of my job, I tried to get settled in to my life ad get used to how I was living. Along with keeping in touch with my college friends, I made some friends at work. | A couple of my friends and I were at my house watching the Super Bowl. The Saints and the Ravens were playing and the Saints were up by twenty one in the third quarter. | As a joke i told my friend that the Ravens were going to win. He started to laugh and after a long discussion we agreed that he would give me $500 if they won and I would give him $50 if they lost. I left his house that night with $500 in my pocket | First Year on the Job

This year was pretty fun expect for one thing, getting sick. | I was getting headaches and I wasn't feeling good so I went to the doctor. | The doctor said I had a fever that was already developed and told me what to do to get healthy and gave me a prescription for 3 weeks. | Getting Sick | I ended up having to pay $444 for medicine

This year has definitely been interesting. After racking up a $444 pharmacy bill last year, I decided to pay more attention to my budget. | After a party at a friends house, my two other friends and I decided to go back to my house and hang out. | We were all driving in separate cars and it was 2 in the morning and no one was on the streets. So we decided to race to my house. it was fun until I decided to cut through a parking lot. I forgot about the speed bumps and went straight into one at 95 mph. | Even though I had to pay a harsh $2000 for new tires, I gotta say that my new tires are pretty ballin'. | New Tires

The last three years at my job were interesting and were all full of experiences; this year wasn't so much. | The office I was working at had to cut spending and they started firing people and I was one of them. | Luckily I had put a lot of money into my savings and had enough money to get by until I could find a new job. | Not the Best Year...

Although I lost my job my job last year, things were starting to look up this year. | I got another job as a CPA at another office making 20% less than what I made but at least it's something. | Even though I am getting paid less, I sorted out my budget and I still have enough to pay for all my expense and even put some into savings. | New Job

Squeaky Clean | I went to the dentist to get a check up and ended up having the dentist tell me a bunch of other things I needed. | Well, long story short I ended yup having to pay $3,000 dollars for everything.

Wrecked | I was out driving in my FR-S and all of a sudden a guy comes and totals my car from the side. | I went to a rental car place to see if I could get a car for a month while my car was being fixed. | So I had to pay $650 to drive this car for a month.
