2: Congratulations! 50 years married! Very rare, glad to share this inspirational accomplishment, where would I be if not for this mainstay, the mainstay of your marriage, I have you to thank for who and where I am, this milestone is just another way that solidifies this fact, deeply in debt to your efforts over the years, thankful, proud and happy in the knowledge of you as an anchor, I have laughed and cried in our time together and forever realize the importance of family and togetherness, an importance realized and inspired by you. Thank you always..

16: Congratulations on a milestone anniversary. Besides reminding me of how old I am (yikes!) it also allows me the opportunity to reflect on how lucky I have been in my life to have you guys as parents and to thank you. You gave me a great life with so many memories and opportunities which helped me to get where I am today. Your support and encouragement allowed me to succeed and I will always be grateful for that. We have been witness to so many changes in the world as a family and were fortunate to have been able to enjoy both living here in Canada and being able to see so much of our country together as a family. You have a marriage to be proud of and I have watched you work together as a team for many years in spite of many challenges. I like to think that I am emulating you as my married life progresses. Thank you for everything. You always have my love and respect. Matt

20: Dear Dorothy and Larry, Wow! Fifty years. Where has the time gone. As you look back you should be so proud of the life you have built together. It's obvious from the way you interact with each other(Gus and Gus!) that you were meant to be together! You have been wonderful easy going in-laws and have made me feel both very loved and welcomed into your family. Thank you for raising such as great son in Matt and passing along some of your many talents including cooking (Dorothy) and handyman around the house (Larry). I really appreciate the many times you have watched Delenn particularly when I was going back to school and working part-time. Your times with her in play and crafts are precious. I'm looking forward to many more fun family get togethers and good times! Congratulations on this incredible milestone! All my love, Margo
