Chapter 1 House | I have lived in my red brick house for almost my whole life. The only time I haven't lived in it was when I was too little to know what was going on. Our home has been around for about 13 years. My family designed and built our house so it was brand new when we moved here. Our backyard has a swing set and the rest is open land. Also, we have a rock pit that is fun to climb in. I am mainly the one who uses it. My bedroom is the place I like to be most often because it has my favorite things in it. It is the place I go when I want to feel safe and secure. My room also makes me happy because it is yellow like the sun.

Chapter 2 Dreams | My dream house will be as big as a mansion!! The inside of the house will be super fancy. The living room will have huge windows and there will be beautiful chairs all around. Three of the rooms will be for entertainment! The first entertainment room will consist of all gymnastic things, like beams, bars, floor stuff, and vault. This will help me practice for meets or any other competitions. My next room will have a roller coaster and a swimming pool. First, you ride the roller coaster and then when you get to the end of the ride it will fling you into the air and into the swimming pool. It will be scary but fun all at the same time. The third room will have a movie theater. In this room, friends and family will be able to watch new released movies that come out. My bedroom will have walls that are white with gymnasts doing all sorts of moves like back bends, back handsprings, and other poses. My bed with be huge. I will also have 4 dog beds. I will have three German Shepherds and one Border Collie. Also, another room will be a doggy room where I can play with my dogs or practice agility so they could compete in competitions. My dream house will be awesome. Come to my house and have a blast!

Chapter 3 Names | Everyone in this world has a favorite name whether it is their own or they wish it was different. My name is Isabella and it means beautiful, love to travel, and in love. Two out of these three descriptions pertain to me. People tell me I am beautiful and I love to travel. My first name is hardly ever mispronounced because it is easy to sound out. Unlike my first name, people always spell and pronounce my last name differently than what it really is. Everyone that knows me calls me by my nickname, which is Belle. I actually prefer people using my nickname because I think it is pretty. I don't know how my name was chosen, but I do know I wasn't named after any family members. If I could rename myself, I would choose the name Rose. This is my favorite name because it sounds pretty as a bird singing.

Chapter 4 Family | My family means a lot to me. This is because they are so generous, thoughtful, and loving. I don't know what I would do without them. My mom is probably the most understanding in my whole family. My mom always knows how I feel because she has been a teenager and understands what drama with girls is all about. My dad is loving and funny and can always make me laugh. My sister is an encyclopedia full of ideas and she is also kind and helpful. Lastly, my house is like a zoo filled with our five furry pets!

Chapter 5 Friends | My friends are very important to me. Friends are the ones who are always there for you in good times and bad. They comfort you when you are sad and are happy for you when good things happen. A friend is someone that can be trusted with all your secrets and is always willing to listen to your problems. Friendship can sometimes be complicated but it should mostly be sweet as candy.

Chapter 6 My life | My life is a roller coaster full, of ups and downs. Some of my ups are that I have a good home, great friends and most importantly, I have lots of fun. One of the downs in my life is that I have to work extra hard to maintain good grades, unlike my sister who school comes naturally to. Another down is that I am wheat intolerant and can't always enjoy the same foods as my family and friends. Overall, I like my life because it all fits together perfectly like a puzzle piece.

Chapter 7 A Great Place To Live My neighborhood is pretty quiet except when we hear faint trains in the distance from a couple of miles away. Our neighbors are all really friendly. They are willing to help us out if we need anything. It is a peaceful place to go on long walks with my dog and I've always felt safe here. Living in my neighborhood is as relaxing as a day on the beach.

Chapter 8 Disappointment | Everyone experiences disappointments in their life. One thing in my life that was disappointing was when I told one of my friends that I liked a boy. I hoped and expected that my secret would stay only between the two of us. Unfortunately, my friend not only told other friends of ours, but she also told the boy that I had the crush on. It was depressing and embarrassing. My feelings were a bug being stomped on. The whole experience was very disappointing because I had always been able to trust my friend with things that were important to me. She was the one person I thought I could share things with. One lesson I learned from that experience was that I cannot tell that same person one of my secrets again. Having trust in a friendship means everything to me.

Chapter 9 Camp Memories | Were you ever pressured to do something you didn’t want to do, but it turned out better than you expected? One thing that my parents pressured me to do was go to a two-week all girl summer camp in northern Minnesota. It was called Camp Birchwood. I absolutely did not want to go there. I didn’t know anyone and it was far away from home. I pleaded and begged my mom and dad to not send me there. I felt like a mouse caught in a trap. Unfortunately, they said it was not a choice and that was the end of the discussion. Since it was my first time ever to go away to camp, I didn’t know what to expect. I was very nervous and totally dreading it. It was a relief to know that my cousin also decided to go there so at least I’d know one person. On the long bus ride to get there, I was so scared I cried. After the first week, I was finally enjoying myself. I made some new friends and all the activities were really fun. I got to experience lots of new and interesting things. On the way back from camp, I shared my memorable moments with my cousin. Once in a while you have to try new things even if it makes you uncomfortable, Because it might turn out that you actually like it.

Chapter 10 Camiche's Death | Have you ever lost a special person or pet in your life? When I was in 2nd grade, I lost a special pet. It was a cloudy Saturday in January when my parents told me we had to take Camiche, our sick cat, to the vet to be put to sleep. He was sixteen years old and had long white and gold fur. I remember feeling so sad. I cried a lot and wished he could magically get better, but I had to face reality. It was never going to happen. I remember my mom holding him in the car wrapped in a blanket to keep him warm. The car ride to the vet was hard on everyone. The next morning, I really felt his loss. At breakfast, Camiche would sit on my lap and I would share my pop-tart with him. He used to love eating the crust. That is one of the memories of Camiche that I will never forget. The message of this story is to enjoy life with the ones you love and care about. Once someone is gone, they are gone forever and you will never have the chance to give them one more hug or tell them how much you love them. Try and make every day count and last as long as possible. Have you ever lost a special person or pet in your life? When I was in 2nd grade, I lost a special pet. 14: Chapter 11 Future Dreams | My hopes and dreams for the future include; being married, having a good job and traveling to new places. I would especially like to visit Paris and London. I see myself working with animals or being a makeup artist. My future hopefully will all come together at the right time and place, and I am sure that the years will run by quickly.
