29: Miss Jackie the Rebel went missing on June 10, 1952. During a night run to bomb a railroad bridge in Kwaksan, N Korea, their B-29 was shot down by a Russian mig. Two planes were shot down and a third landed at a S Korean airbase and never flew again. This marked the first air-to-air rocket strikes by the Russians at night. 14 men were aboard Miss Jackie that night. We honor them all for our freedom.
