BC: made with love by Brittany

FC: Our First Year | August 14th,2008-2009

1: To the love of my life, my best friend, and my wish that came true. Mark Nicolas Marchese, you are more than I ever imagined and I am glad I spent the last year with you.

2: On the evening of July 2nd, the Rays swept the Red Sox. I was very excited and just wanted to talk to someone and that is when I saw Nic Marchese (a boy I had went to high school with but talked to no more than 5 times) was on Facebook Chat and decided to talk to him about the game. We talked for about 2 hours...and haven't stopped since. | HOW DID WE MEET?

8: January 2009 We thought our January was going to be packed with visiting Nic's family in Ohio, but Nic's mom got sick and we no longer went so instead we made use of our time by having fun with our faces! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

9: FEBRUARY 2009 Valentines Day and our 6 months in New York City

11: NEW YORK CITY-VALENTINE'S DAY 2009 At the chime of the alarm we hurried and got out of bed to take our showers, to catch our 6:00 AM train ride from Albany to New York City. We finally left the house around 5:20 AM and made it just in time for our train. We arrived in NYC around 8:30AM, grabbed a cup of coffee and we were on our way. Walking through the city I was like a child at Disney World, amazed by the tall buildings. We walked from the train station to Times Square then on to Central Park. Made a stop at FAO Schwartz, Tiffany's, Juicy Couture, and even got in trouble for taking a picture at the Louis Vuitton Store. After shopping we grabbed some lunch at Macy's, walked around for probably an hour looking at EVERYTHING the NYC Macy's has to offer! We then headed to the Empire State Building where we waited only an hour in line to reach the top; we even saw a wedding when we were there! After we got our money's worth at the Empire State Building we headed to the Statue of Liberty. Although we did not get an up close view we sat down on some park benches and looked from afar. Starving, we made a quick dash for Little Italy where Nic stopped in China to barter with some Chinese man for a fake ROLEX. After spending $60 at dinner, we tried to do some more shopping but could barely walk and decided to grab a cookie and take an early train. It was the most amazing Valentines Day; I will never forget it.
