Butterfly Effect - Page Text Content

S: Bu Connor McGlothlin and Maddie Robinson

FC: When Adolf Hitler's National Socialist Party invaded surrounding European countries and did not stop, Great Britain had no choice but to declare war.

Frank was a strong, smart young British man with a bright future. His life goal was to become a rich doctor and find cures for deadly diseases. He had no wish to associate with the British army.

British Army:"Hey Frank, we are going to have to draft you into the army!"

 Frank:"NO! This is bad."

Dear Mother and Father, I have been drafted into the British Army. I am now a member of the allied forces. We will soon be leaving and landing in Normandy, France to retake land Hitler took. Some of the Americans I have met call it D-Day. I do not know when I will return Frank

Dear Mother and Father, I have been drafted into the British army. I am now a member of the allied forces. I do not know when I will return, or if I will ever become a doctor. Don't forget me. Frank

 War!!!

 ...and death....for Frank.

 But what if....

...if that was Hitler? | ....if that was Hitler?

Hitler | Nazis | Invasions | World War Two | D-Day | Death of Frank

No Hitler | No Early Death of Frank | Frank Becomes Doctor

The Butterfly Effect shows that it was Hitler that killed young Frank. It can be said that if Hitler never rose to power, that Frank would likely not have died an early death and would have become a doctor like he wanted. If Hitler had died during his military time, he would not have rose to power, and Frank would have been successful and possibly able to further mans knowledge of sicknesses.

You probably just see Frank as just a fictional character of a school project. However, there were many young men who really were drafted to serve and suffered a fate similar to Frank's. It is likely that many of those men had much more to give to this world than what they did. So, in a way, there actually were many Franks.
