4: Hello Mr. Ewan! It's important for you to know how GREAT your mom was. This is a picture of your family only moments after she delivered you into this world. You were a very big baby - 9 lbs. 1 oz to be exact. It was not easy for her, but once you arrived, her past difficulties were irrelevant. She was instantly and completely in love with you. - Uncle Erik
5: These pictures are of beautiful Kendra during her Montana years. Kendra LOVED Montana and she was dearly loved by all of the friends she made there. She was an adventurous spirit and always ready to explore the wilds of Montana with anyone who was willing, especially if they were brave enough to endure a ride in the old Ford station wagon! She also loved just hanging out with friends, going to see live music, and laughing until tears were streaming down her face. I will never forget her beautiful smile and always remember how she blessed my life for so many years. -Rachel
6: Girls backpacking trip with the U of M recreation department. Yellowstone National Park. | Kendra had just come up over the top of Mount Holmes to breathtaking views. We hiked almost 20 miles that day!! | Back country skiing in Montana

14: From Fred & Alice Winthrop: On the right is a photo from Kendra's bridal shower. A very happy day. Below is a photo from our engagement party at Groton House in 2004. Alice : One particularly great memory I have of Kendra is a wonderful weekend camping trip she invited us to at Squam Lake in NH. Fred, Erik and I paddled a canoe out to the island campsite where we met up with Kendra, Steve and Uncle Bill. We had a perfect summer stay with stars, hammocks, smores, campfire stories... It couldn't have been any better. Kendra had planned the whole thing months in advance and brought an amazing feast which we cooked on the campfire. She was an excellent chef, a generous hostess and someone who really loved and appreciated the great outdoors. I hope that someday we can all go back there for a camping trip with Ewan, Matilda and our kids.
