FC: The Trojan Horse Greek Mythology EBook

1: Two civilization kingdoms were powers of the world. The kingdom of Troy and the kingdom of Sparta.The ambassadors from the kingdoms met in Soarta.

2: The kingdom of Sparta was ruled by Menelaus. Menelaus had a beautiful young wife, Helen. The ambassador from Troy, was Paris, the son of the king.

3: During the trip, Paris began to fall in love with Paris.

4: Helen and Paris fell into love. This was a secret. When Paris left back to Troy, Helen sneaked away with Paris.

5: This enraged the King of Sparta. He decided to wage war on Sparta to get his wife back. He brought in the best warrior to help him, Achilles

6: When the Spartans arrived at Troy, they realized they could not get into the city walls.

7: The Spartans built a giant wooden horse as a "gift" to the people of Troy. Little did the Trojans know that the warriors of Sparta were hidden inside.

8: The horse was brought into the city walls. At night time after a long celebration by the Trojans, the Spartans quietly attacked.

9: The city was destroyed and many of the Trojans were killed or captured. This included the King of Troy and his son Paris.

10: Menelaus was then able to bring Helen back to Sparta. The city of Troy was destroyed.
