14: Dunes!! I get off the bus thinking, the dunes are going to be flat, sandy, and close to water, except when I got off the bus and started walking towards the dunes I didn't see any water, but everything was still very sandy and flat, but everything was still very sandy and flat, but then I started seeing hills of sand and still no water. Then I realized that the dunes were hills of sand and you can jump off of them, so I started walking up the top and I see a whole bunch of people jumping down from them and I think that looks like fun, so I decided to try it. So I back up, run, and jump! I get up and say “whooo!hooo!”, wanting to do it again, but before I could the whole class had to get together and make a starfish like the past years did. After that I took one more jump, and then we had to leave.
15: white ceder swamp trail I get off the bus and walk into white ceder swamp and right away a mosquito hit my face, I get it off and see hundreds more coming towards my face, so right away I know that I'm going to hate this place. So I put on about a whole can of bugs spray walk into it more and its like they like the bugs spray cause they all keep coming back, and I try and survive it by walking fast. We finally get to the trail and there are way more bugs here attacking me. Its my turn to go into the trail and I start walking, and I see that the place is actually a very nice place, it has red/green-ish water, and as lots of green moss and ceder trees. Its the end and I finally get out of this bug hole, having many misquto bites but knowing why people take the time to see the trail.
16: Osprey I sit down on the grass, get binoculars from the teacher and watch the osprey. At first I see nothing, but then one big osprey lands on it nest and you can see its eggs, and another osprey lands on the fence behind it carrying a fish, peeling it and watching it eat it. Then after it finishes eating the fish we slip away leaving very quietly, trying not to scare it.
