S: Costa Rica Volume 1
1: Coffee Plantation Tour Just outside of San Jose. All Picked and processed by hand. They served the best tico breakfast complete with lizano and coffee con leche.
2: The coffee is picked By hand mostly by Nicaraguan workers. The picking season only lasts for 3 months | It is then peeled by a very rustic pulley system that rolls the coffee between belts to extract the coffee bean which looks like a peanut before it is roasted
3: The coffee has to sit for about 30 days and then it will be moved out to the yard to dry in the sun. | The workers collect and respread the beans every 45 minutes | The beans are then bagged and stored. All that is left to do is roast them.
4: Brooklynn got to bag some yummy roasted coffee beans | It takes 5 years for a coffee plant to start producing fruit they look like cherries with the seed on the inside
5: Poas Volcano | Active Volcano over 1 KM in diameter Ph of the water is less than 3 it is cold and acidic. I guess there will be no fishing here.
6: Brooklynn is hiding out under a Poormans Umbrella The Temperature and weather can change quickly at the volcano it can be sunny one minute and raining the next
7: La Paz | Waterfall
8: La Paz Waterfall sanctuary all of the animals have been rescued from the wild | Bird Sanctuary
9: Butterfly Sanctuary they pin up the chrysalis and they actually are at different stages of opening It was amazing to watch a butterfly emerge
11: On Our way to the OSA Peninsula | stopped at the Golfo Dulce

17: during supper they found a baby boa wandering and brought it in. The kids loved that | No power at this resort and of course brooklynn looks beautiful. | This was the security spider outside their front door at their cabina.
20: Most amazing Trail Ride through the forest in the Osa Peninsula that opened up to a completely deserted beach. We were able to ride our horses down the beach and out guide opened up a coconut for us to eat. And we actually saw wilson a soccer ball in the bush. WIERD

WE HAVE FINALLY APPRENDED THE PERPETRATORS. GUILY OF HAVING FUN AND SPREADING JOY AND GOOD TIMES ALL AOUND THE COUNTRY. THERE IS ONE PERPETRATORS WE WERE NOT ABLE TO PHOTOGRAPH DUE TO BEHAVIOUR UNBECOMING OF A TODDLER, HER NAME IS TAYLOR AND SHE, ALONG WITH THE REST OF THEM WILL BE DEPORTED FROM OUR COUNTRY EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 29TH. THEY WILL BE HEADING TO CANADA WHERE THEY WILL ENDURE A LIFETIME OF COLD WINTERS. THEY WILL BE GIVEN A SMALL REPRIEVE FROM THIS COLD BUT ONLY FOR 4-5 MONTHS PER YEAR. CASE CLOSED
