S: Mickey & Rachel Ann's Mediterranean Adventures
FC: Our Mediterranean Adventure 2010
The original group, we started with 8 friends on a 14 day cruise. But after just one beautiful day, life drastically changed | as we ended with just 4 brave souls! so much for this fabulous cruise, we had to quickly figure out what we should day. the Ship had rudder problems and so the trip was canceled, we decided to continue and make our own adventure!
At least we got in a photo or two of our days aboard the Celebrity Century | The weather was great aboard the ship that day, we got to sit by the pool and play. Nightlife brought with it a show and a few laughs, so at least the time quickly passed.
The Vatican was no match for Kozy as always he takes charge. He liked playing "follow the leader"
We made it to the top of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. If you're afraid of heights or slanted stairs this is not for you!
The views, the buildings and the shops all so different than "home sweet home"
Most Tee Shirt Shops show off their "tops". In France they even go topless but this is a new one and so typically French, he is going bottomless
True to form, our cruise was canceled and our train was delayed so of course while we waited we walked through a small village in France. Even the slightest train delay gave me a chance to shop and a chance for Liz to take a ride (almost). The boys, oh they were looking for Gelatto
The old Bridge, with apartments built on it in Florence
The entrance to the Jewish Museum in Florence. So very impressive and beautiful inside! | The gate and menorah in front of the Jewish Museum.
OK so Ron doesn't have his map with him at the moment. but does that sign really read, this way to San Jose? | Sure the guys have been friends for a long time so when there is only one seat left my Mickey gets it!
Give me a good old fashion Shopping Mall any day of the week! Check out Naples version of DSW | As Mickey gets pick pocketed, we all sit and wait for him to deal with American Express to get some cash | Thank goodness for American Express, this could have been Mickey trying to get us some money for food and the rest of vacation!
Where do I begin to tell you about the shopping? One picture is worth a thousand words. and One garbage strike is worth not shopping at all! At least they had A Dunkin Doughnuts!
The Roman Coliseum, bring in the Lions! the men are ready
Some artifacts and historical pieces of old Barcelona. The Nazi seal was placed on top of this Purim Haggadah meant for destruction. However, it was hidden and found sometime after the war | An Old Torah | A stained glass window | A Purim Haggadah
Gelatto is it's own food group | Mickey on the search for the the "Jerusalem Artichoke | I simply wanted a small cup of coffee
 Remarkable Pompei
The beauty found right on the streets in Barcelona
