S: Royal Caribbean Bahama Cruise 2009

BC: This book was created to share the moments from our Bahama Cruise that BJ & Karalee Gonzales enjoyed with Byron & Heather Nesbitt October 12-16, 2009. Happy Anniversary to ALL of US!

FC: Miami, Nassau, CocoCay, Key West October 12-16, 2009

As we sailed off into the sunset we could see the beautiful Miami skyline. | This is the view of Miami, FL from our stateroom. We were so excited to have a view this time.

Before we could enjoy ourselves too much we had to go over all of the safety rules and regulations. This was so much nicer than our last cruise when we had to wear the life vests to our muster stations. We also lucked out because while we were in the air conditioned ballroom, Byron and Heather were out on the balcony next to a big, hairy, sweaty guy.

BEST FRIENDS sharing a wonderful vacation together.

Our first evening on the ship we were so tired from traveling all day that we found a booth in a buffet room and just enjoyed visiting. | Our first stop was Nassau, Bahamas. While the boys were sight-seeing, we took advantage of having the pool all to ourselves.

Byron and Heather look so comfortable on this plush bus we all rode through Nassau before the girls headed back to the pool and the boys headed to their PIRATE TOUR and Navy Ship Photo Op. (The bus driver took a pottie break on the side of the road while we all sat on the bus awe struck... YUCKY!!!)

From Nassau, Bahamas we went to CocoCay, Bahamas which is RC's private island. It was the best beach I've ever been to. No waves, just calm shallow waters to cool off and get sun. We had a large cookout here and collected lots of beautiful shells. The boys walked the island and took many pictures. They enjoyed each other throughout the cruise.

Heather and I were pretty smart and didn't let them get too many pictures of us on the beach.

We had our Anniversary Celebrations on the evening of the Captain's Dinner. Byron and Heather celebrated their eighth anniversary (October 27, 2001) and BJ and Karalee celebrated our seventh anniversary (October 12, 2002).

 Captain's Dinner

They always want to take your picture right as you're exiting the ship at each port!

Ready to shop and see the sights of Key West.

 Key West sightseeing!

 Key West, FL

We enjoyed taking the Tram around Key West (for two hours) and learning about the history. The trees are imported from India called Banyan.

We had a wonderful wait staff and concierge, and they called us by name.

 OUR LAST NIGHT!

We watched exciting broadway shows and hilarious comedy shows and even played some great games in this theatre.
