BC: I like Crimea and see a lot on this beautiful land. It is a place of great beauty, which leaves indifferent no one who has ever come to visit it. But I’d like to see the whole world!
FC: 100 Hours of Happiness: Traveling. Made by Lyahova Katerina
Most of all I like traveling. As to me it is the best way to have a rest from routine, to have positive emotions, to learn something useful, to enrich yourself with new knowledge ant to reduce stress. I will tell you about places I have visited, my native places and places I would like to visit!
Massandra is not only a palace but also a beautiful park. Many famous people and politicians lived here or used it like a resort place for a rest.
Today Massandra Palace is a museum. It consist of 3 floors and many rooms of old-fashioned furniture. When you pass through rooms you can even plunge into atmosphere of 18 century. Most of all I liked the balcony made from a pink marble.
This tree is about three thousand years. Its name is Mammothtree because his branches look like big tusks. It saw and heard a lot. The interesting fact is that only six adult people who are standing around its huge trunk and take each other in hands can embrace it. I couldn’t manage with it without somebody’s help.
Yalta (“Coast”) is well-known significant resort. Six hours in bus and you are in one of the most beautiful places in the world. This is the Nikitsky Botanical Garden. It’s so easy to breath here.
You rise up your head and see only endless trees’ tops.
A great tourist attraction is a bamboo thicket. Bamboo can grow 40 cm in 24 houres.
This garden has existed for more than 180 years and consists of 11000 species and varieties of plants. Some plants are very unique and rear. There are over 2000varieties of roses, 18 species of oak and pine. The interesting is the Shamelesstree which is always without leaves as naked.
Simferopol is not so ancient city. The town’s name means sim-together, ferro-carry, polis-city. There many monuments, buildings of individual designs and nice shops. But most of all I liked these ponds which are situated behind Cinema “Simferopol”.
Sudak (“Water mount”) has its well-recognized feature. It is the Sudak (Genoese) Fortress on Krepostnaya mount. It occupies a territory of 29.5 hectares. This fortification consisted of massive walls and 14 battle towers.
Its design, composition and decoration are the same of Southern Italy. Inside there were streets with dwelling houses, public buildings, church and warehouse. Today this historical monument is under protection of the state.
I liked a city view from the highest top of the fortress. You feel yourself like a bird over the sea.
One more thing is that in summer this place comes to live again and turns into middle age settlement with knight tournament, markets and people in that time clothes.
The blessed land, a sweet spot, the long dreamed of territory – these words are just as true of modern as of medieval Crimea. Present day Feodosia city is a popular resort city. It has a lot of beaches, mineral springs, mud baths, attractions and hotels. “Feodosia” means “Given by God”, but it was also called “The town of the Seven God”.
I.K.Aivazovsky picture gallery. This outstanding marine painter donated to his native city his house, a studio and a hall made by his own design. The monument to him faces the sea, the main theme of the artist’s creativity.
It’s my native city where I like two places the most. The Stamboli villa which is located in picturesque surroundings on a seacoast. The asymmetrical composition is emphasized by domed terminators, arched galleries and a tower.
Kerch has rich historical background and is considered to be an archeological reserve. Our city grows younger every year acquiring new features.
The first thing that catches the eye on approaching to the city of Kerch is Mithridates Mount. It has been a witness of many significant events during the 26 centuries of the city’s existence. From the mount you can see the whole of the city.
Komsomol Park after rebuilding 3 years ago became the place of rest of all families. Like this playground where all the figures are made by hands from wood.
Or this big tortoise. Sit down on her back and wish your dream.
The Seychelles, often described as the original ‘Garden of Eden’, lie 1,000 miles off the east coast of Africa and just south of the equator. Island hopping is the best way to experience this archipelago of 115 islands, many of which are little more than coral atolls. This is a natural paradise of fabulously fair weather, mercifully free of malarial mosquitoes, and with glorious tropical forests, woodlands and beaches unspoilt by the rigours of the modern world.
ace is the boundless, three-dimensional extent in which objects and events occur and have relative position and direction. Physical space is often conceived in three linear dimensions, although modern physicists usually consider it, with time, to be part of the boundless four-dimensional continuum known as spacetime. The concept of space is considered to be of fundamental importance to an understanding of the physical universe although disagreement continues between philosophers over whether it is itself an entity, a relationship between entities, or part of a conceptual framework. | Space is the boundless, three-dimensional extent in which objects and events occur and have relative position and direction. The concept of space is considered to be of fundamental importance to an understanding of the physical universe although disagreement continues between philosophers over whether it is itself an entity, a relationship between entities, or part of a conceptual framework.
