S: HONEYMOON - CABO SAN LUCAS, MEXICO - JULY 2009
The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page. St. Augustine | When we were supposed to be leaving on a jet plane for Cabo, we were sitting in Dr. Constan's office. John "inherited" the flu that Darren so givingly passed around at our wedding. Only delayed our departure by one day.
I have wandered all my life, and I have also traveled; the difference between the two being this - that we wander for distraction, but we travel for fulfillment. Hilaire Belloc
 View from our balcony
The week at Pueblo Bonito was our wedding present from Jennifer & Don! | What a gift!!!
The ocean was beautiful! There was no swimming at the beach in front of our resort ... The undertow was too strong!
Travel and change of place impart new vigor to the mind. Seneca
Sammy Hagar's bar - Cabo Wabo We had a great lunch and listened to new versions of Hotel California! | This man made bracelets for the boys with their names on them. Check out the Lions blanket in the background! | My handsome husband started feeling better from the flu mid-week.
 Sunset watching
 La Frida
Sunset Dinner Cruise we earned during our resort tour/time share sales pitch. | We also got a free dinner at La Frida, a $50 spa gift certificate (I got a pedicure) and a bottle of tequila.
We moved to Pueblo Bonito Rose, for our last night in Cabo. The entire outside of the resort was pink, hence the name. It had beautiful statues & wildlife. The beach was swimmable and I showed John what a graceful swimmer I am when I got flipped by the waves. | The vendors were out in full force at the beach. Silver, bags, pottery, blankets, sunglasses, braids, parasailing -- they were selling it all!
 El Squid Roe
