5: Can you imagine not being allowed to do something because of the color of their skin? Rosa Parks can imagine. I have researched Rosa Parks, and I am going to tell you about her life. I am also going to tell you how she influenced her community.
6: Rosa Parks was born on February 4 1913. She was born in Tuskegee Alabama. She was in a large family. Rosa was very sick most of her childhood because she was so small for her age. Her mother was a teacher and her father was a carpenter. She was married to Raymond Parks the barber. Rosa Parks never had children. Her mother was sick and her brother stayed and helped his mom.
9: Rosa was famousBecause she was on the bus and she would not give up her seat for a white man. She got put in jail. Martin Luther king Jr. heard about it. Rosa Parks was working with Martin Luther king Jr. on civil rights.
11: Rosa was famousBecause she was on the Montgomery bus Boycott and she would not give up her seat for a white man. .Then the black people refused to ride the bus. After that a lot of public busses wernt .being used. She got put in jail. Martin Luther king Jr. heard about it. Rosa Parks was working with Martin Luther King.
12: Rosa Parks influenced her community by making black people and white people be in the same schools together. That has changed my life because I would not have any black friends in my school. I thank Rosa Parks for doing that for the world.
