18: Mark's Vows to Lisa Lisa, I offer you not the “summer of my life,” but the autumn, brisk and vibrant. I want to be your husband. I want this freely, willingly, passionately and madly. I love you and I wish to spend my life making your dreams come true. I promise to be a companion worthy of your respect and admiration. I pledge you compassion in good times and bad; encouragement in sickness and health. I look forward to the adventures we will have and the home together we will build. And as stated in Proverbs "Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing." I could not agree more. Just marry me.
19: Lisa's Vows to Mark When we are young, we think that love is a feeling. We look for who makes our heart skip a beat when they enter the room or makes our blood flow in exciting directions. But as we grow older and, hopefully, we mature we realize that love is so much more than that. It’s an action... a choice... a decision. It’s how we behave when the other’s not looking, and the choices we make that show we care... even when we feel old and tired and the thrill is gone. Love becomes the ability to disagree while holding hands. And we learn what really matters in a life partner: Character. Today, Mark, I marry you. All of you: Your past and our future... Your hunting... your snoring Your desire to laugh and make others laugh... Your forgetfulness... and your thoughtfulness Your quick temper... and your patience and kindness... Your parents ...Your children... Yes, all of your family... even the ones from West Virginia The broken road each of us has taken to get here has prepared us for the love that we have found in each other. We will take the lessons we have learned, both good and bad, and share them to create a solid, everlasting union. I am marrying you because you let me be happy. Because you understand that you cannot be the root of my happiness, nor I yours; rather, we can only give each other the freedom to find it within ourselves. And, being whole on our own, can share a fulfilled life with each other. Because of this, I promise to be faithful in thought, word, and deed. I promise to love you, admire you, respect you, support you, encourage you, and give you a peaceful place to rest your head at night and welcoming arms to rest your heart. I promise to love myself enough to remain my own whole person. I promise to keep deserving your love. And I promise to do all of this until I sing my last song, crack my last smile, and breathe my last breath.

40: Halibut Fishing at Icy Straight Point | May 6, 2012
41: Icy Strait Point is located near the city of Hoonah, the largest native Tlingit Indian settlement in Alaska, and very near Glacier Bay National Park. Home to a historic cannery, the port's connection to the sea is strong. Locals share the sea with humpback whales, orcas, Dall porpoises, seals, sea otters, halibut and all five species of Pacific salmon. It is not uncommon to spot a humpback or an orca while walking along the shore. While halibut fishing, we saw humpback whales and porpoises. Unfortunately, we saw no halibut.

Juneau in the Alaska Panhandle, it faces the water from the mainland side of Gastineau Channel. | Several magnificent fjords are located along the channel coast, and the majestic Mendenhall Glacier, a favorite of visitors, is nearby.
56: Ketchikan, Alaska And catch, we can!!! King Salmon Fishing May 9, 2012
57: Ketchikan originated as an Indian fish saltery, but the town's major growth began when it became a supply base and entry port for miners during the 1898 Gold Rush to the Klondike. Much of the town's colorful past is still in evidence, especially in the nearby Indian villages, where you'll see colorfully carved totem poles and hear the fascinating legends that surround them.
