BC: HAPPILY Ever AFTER... | To My Kimmie, With all My Love.....
FC: Kim & Sonja | Our Seaside Wedding & Cruise 10/24/2011
 Our Journey Begins
The Big Day Let the preparations Begin...
"Oh Rain, Rain, Go Away..... Come On Back Not On My Wedding Day!"
Finally, we are clear to get off of the ship. Let the Ceremony Begin! Now we just have to find our location...
We are all here today to see two people, Kim and Sonja, join hands and be bound together by their love, now and forever. Before we begin the ceremony, we will turn this place into sacred ground. As I cast the circle, please take a moment to visualize loving, positive energy for Kim and Sonja.” Today, we ask that the infinite light of the divine shine upon this union. In that spirit, I offer a blessing to this ceremony. Blessed be this marriage with the gifts of the north –Earth-- a solid foundation on which to build their lives, abundance and growth of their home, and the stability to be found by holding one another at the end of the day. For all they may need, let nature provide. Blessed be this marriage with the gifts from the east – Wind-- new beginnings that come each day with the rising sun, communication of the heart, mind, body and soul. May they always fine the wind to carry their seeds, to cool their tempers, to maintain the rhythm of their tides. Blessed be this marriage with the gifts of the south – Fire---the light of the heart, the heat of passion, the fuel to nourish their souls and warm their loving home. Blessed be this marriage with the gifts of the west – Water --the rushing excitement of a raging river, the soft and pure cleansing of a rainstorm, and a commitment as deep as the ocean itself.”
“When two people come together and give one another this gift, this most sacred gift of all, it is certain the universe is sitting back and smiling upon us, laughing and showering us with every possible blessing. As Kim and Sonja approach us, their souls are warmed by the sun, they are cooled by the wind. Their grounding is supplied by the earth. Their nourishment prepared from the fire and cleansed by the water. Let us welcome them into the circle with pure love and with pure trust.”
 True LOVE
 TODAY I Marry MY FRIEND
 TO Have AND TO Hold
"I love you not only for what you are, but who I am when I am with you."
“In many ancient cultures, it was thought that before a person can be healed, heal another, or in this case, enter into a purified union; one must be cleansed of any bad feelings, negative thoughts, bad spirits or negative energy - cleansed both physically and spiritually. This helps the healing to come through in a clear way, without being distorted or sidetracked by negative "stuff" in either the healer or the healed. The tribal elders say that all ceremonies, tribal or private, must be entered into with a good heart so that we can pray, sing, and walk in a sacred manner, and be helped by the spirits to enter the sacred realm. We will now burn sage to cleanse the circle and all who enter it.”
R | “All who enter the Circle may do so in pure love and pure trust. If you agree to do so, please step forward now and unify this circle therefore, surrounding Kim and Sonja with pure love and with pure trust.” “Today is a day to celebrate the love of Kim and Sonja. They are two people who are the halves of a whole. Two souls, coming together to form one single being; two hearts, beating in a single rhythm. They are together as one, and so they will now light a candle of unity, to show the universe that they indeed are one light burning brightly in the darkness.” “Kim, Sonja, In this circle are four simple blessings. They will help you on your journey that begins today. However, they are only tools. They are tools which you must use together to create the light, the strength, the infinite energy now and forever of a love you both so richly deserve.”
“ Kim, if you will, please take the wind into your hands and may you always remember to provide this for your partner. May you always find the wind to fuel the fire, cool the heat, and to control the tides of your lives together.
“Sonja, please take the fire into your palm. May you always embrace the fire in your partner and in yourself. Without it, you will grow hungry, grow cold, grow tired. Fire is the simple fuel for life.”
"The leaf is a decoration. Without it, the flower would be naked, plain, lonely. More importantly, the leaf channels the heat from the sun which provides food for the plant." -Kim
BELIEVE IN Happily Ever After AND IT WILL COME TRUE
"With the energy from the leaf, a beautiful flower emerges containing the seeds for reproduction. Once fertilized, they are carried by the wind, fed by the water, grown by the sun all the while accompanied by the leaf." -Sonja
I have for you a ring made of the elements of this earth. It symbolizes that your love is the most precious element in my life. The ring has no beginning and no ending, which symbolizes that the love between us will never cease. I place it on your finger as a visible sign of the vows which have made us Partners in this life we promise to share. Do you agree to honor the commitment that it symbolizes?
“As the circle of life is evident in nature, may it also be in their union. Nature begins in the simplest form, a mere seed. If nourished properly, it will always produce something magnificent. If in tune with nature, its beauty will remain for generations. May you always nurture and provide for every seed in this union and fully embrace all that shall come of them.”
“Kim, and Sonja, take with you now, the earth, the wind, and the fire into your hands. Fully embrace them for what they provide. And as a promise to the universe, give them to the ocean. Allow the warm tides to carry them out to sea where they will be at one with nature. Let the wind carry them far away from land. Let the sun break them down making them one with the water. Let them form a bond unable to be broken.”
OurWedding Day Has Finally Come! | “The circle itself is an infinite thing. It is magical and never-ending, never changing and yet always adaptable, a ring with no beginning and no conclusion. Like the circle, true love itself is infinite. It goes on, knowing no boundaries or restrictions. It flourishes and blooms in the light and in the dark, laying down no ultimatums, making no demands at all. Love, in its infinite form, is something that cannot be forced. It cannot be taken away. It is a gift we give to ourselves, and an honor we give to others from the bottom of our hearts and souls.”
“The vows of love have been spoken. I ask you now to cross your hands over each other, and take one another's hands as I wrap you in this garment. May you always find warmth in each others arms. May you always remember that all you need is wrapped up in this blanket.”
 F O R E V E R
“Kim, Sonja, this twine symbolizes so much. It is your life, your love, and the eternal connection that the two of you have found with one another. The ties of this unity blanket are not formed by this twine, or even by the knots connecting them. They are formed instead by your vows, by your pledge, your souls, and your two hearts, now bound together as one.”“As one last bond, Kim, will you please kiss Sonja?”“ Ladies and Gentlemen, May I present to you, Kimberly and Sonja Roberts. Partners in Life and in this Universe.”

 OUR BACHLORETTE PARTY 10/21/2011
The Van Ride We rented a 15 Passenger van and drove ourselves and my two cousins as well as their families to Miami to catch the boat. It was long and grueling as Kim and I were the only drivers able to drive the van. It normally takes 16 hours to get to Miami. It took us 20. Once we arrived, we dropped off the family and went to park the van which was equally as interesting.
