FC: Keiser Career College 2009 - 2010 Yearbook | Mrs. Nicole Presa

Life brings simple pleasures to us every day. It is up to us to make them wonderful memories. CathyAllen

I would like to start off by saying I honestly and truly believe that you have been the best teacher I've had. You taught us so much, everything from how to take notes and tests, to religion, and even on how to deal with certain life situations and I am so grateful for having you as a teacher. At times we b**ch and complain on how you treat us, but you treat us in such a way that shows how much you actually care for us and our education. These past 9 months felt like as if you raised us from infants to adults. We're not only your students, but more like your Keiser children (Lol!) So Mrs. P, I would like to thank you for caring and I would also like to say it was an honor to be your student. Because of you I feel well prepared and confident to continue on as a CST and to continue my education. Once again thank you Mrs. Presa. -Derick Pollock

Mrs. P, Thank you for all your hard work and dedication. It's been great to have a professor like you who is dedicated and willing to put in so much effort to teach us. Thank you for everything and I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. -Yanay Blanco

Some people come into my life and just leave a print, but you stayed in my heart forever as a my teacher and friend. -Sandra Llanes

As graduation and externship was approaching, the question that was running through my mind was "What am I going to do with myself? Should I stop going to school or should I take one more step up the ladder?" I knew I wanted to be in the health care field no matter what. I debated between quitting or or sticking it out, but you always taught something knew, which made me want to stay. Now look at me. I may not have the highest GPA, but I made it. Well, as I move on, I will always remember creative criticism and funny laid-back demeanor. -Sam Honorat

The past nine months have been an experience. Mostly good, some bad, but I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for everything. :) -Jesse Laguno

Mrs. Presa, Thank you for all your help and for teaching us everything you know. Thank you for keeping up with all of us since we misbehaved sometimes. I am going to miss coming to class. -Erica Buntzis

Mrs. P, I started off with the wrong mind frame when I started taking my core classes with you in March because I was trying to figure out how I was going to be able to juggle everything I had on my plate (Working 40 hrs. a week, taking microbiology class + lab, and taking my ST classes) successfully. Thank you Mrs. P for making my whole Surgical Tech. process smooth sailing for me. You were very patient and understanding even when I looked like I was giving up. There is something in your eyes that didn't allow me to give up even when I wanted to.If there were more teachers like you, the amount of students who dropped out would decrease simply because you showed that you cared. Thank you so much Mrs. P for inspiring me to continue to run the long race I was running. You will always be remembered. -Marline Derilus

Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. (: -Donald Derilus

Mrs. P, I just want to let you know that you've been a great inspiration in my career. Thanks to you I feel stronger and I now have a much more consistent desire to pursue my future. I think of you as a very smart person and your help & knowledge will go with me till the end. Much love and respect. Frank-O The Cat Lover. -Frank Romero

Hey Mrs. P, Thanks for always having patience, even though it was very limited sometimes. :) Anyways, let me start by saying that I am very thankful for having you as my teacher. You taught me a whole lot of things, even though some things didn't interest me as much, but you always made it fun. You also always made it worth listening to and studying. Even though you were rough and tough at times, you did it for our good! For that, I thank you. I can honestly say you made me a much better person. Thanks!! -Christine Bagane

From giving me A's to taking care of me, you have done it all. You have been like a mother to me. You took me by the hand and taught me everything I know about ST. You watched me grow from a "techling" to a CST. Thanks to you not only do I have knowledge, I also have my life. If it wasn't for you making me go to the doctor who knows what would've happened to me. My health would have gotten a lot worse. I am glad you were the person who set the base to the rest of my life (And who saved my life too). I will never forget you. I love you so much Mrs.P. -Elizabeth Rosales

When I first walked in this was all new to me. You have made me grow in more ways than one. You taught me discipline, responsibility and things I would never know if it wasn't for you! You have sculpted me and changed me for the better! Thanks to you I will leave here a better person than when I first walked in. You had this on your syllabus "You are the creator of your own success. Look at where you are not. It shows where you have been. You have already come a long way. You have the capability to achieve your dreams. Look at where you want to be and make it your daily affirmation to see your goals through." I did just that but I don't think I could've done it without you. Thank you!! -Crystal Shaver

Teachers paint their minds and guide their thoughts, share their achievements and advise their faults. Inspire a love of knowledge and truth, as you light the path which leads our youth. For our future brightens with each lesson you teach, each smile you lengthen, each goal you help reach for the dawn of each poet, each philosopher and king, begins with a teacher and the wisdom they bring. Thank you indebtedly from the bottom of my heart for nurturing and carrying me one step further toward my goal, for this I will be forever grateful. -Leiza Black

"If you always do what you've always done you'll always get what you've always gotten." I saw this saying on a board when I was in middle school and said that I'd always live by it. In so many words it means don't be afraid of change. When coming in to your class I was afraid that the pace would be too fast and I was nervous. You encouraged me the whole way through and for that I thank you dearly. At times you were hard on us but it was for our best and it's greatly appreciated. Mrs. P, it was a pleasure having you as a teacher. I wouldn't trade it for the world. I love you Mrs. Presa. May God bless you in all that you do. -Waneka Taylor
