Beautiful. | Mother Nature is constantly calling for us to come out of our homes and artificial environments to play with her, to breath her fresh air, to recreate on her lands & waters, to soak up her sun, to smell her flowers. Connection is the Key. Make a goal to get out & commune with nature for a least 1-hour a day this year as weather permits; whether it be through gardening, walking, sports or site-seeing. Reconnecting with the source of life often can induce healing more effectively than any other therapeutic intervention.

  • This is a culmination & celebration of many of my best photographs taken throughout the past year, as I have hiked & biked nature trails scattered along the Wasatch Front. Every destination trailhead is within an hours commute of where most of my clients reside. So while the photos are intended to uplift with their picturesque beauty, they are also intended to increase awareness of all the beautiful places there are to explore, that are very practical to access and enjoy. Most of these places can be traveled to and experienced in a 3-5 hour block of time. I created the calendar to give as a gift to all my massage therapy & bodymind works clients.
