1: KrisTiki's Circle Island Tour Kauai, Hawaii | 1989 - Granny took Mom, herself, and me to Hawaii on a TWA tour. My choices were fly to UK on the Concord and come straight back or Hawaii for a week...I took HAWAII! I was 17 and just graduated from High School! 2001 - Traveled to Hawaii to meet an old bf. Long story short, i lived there for 6 months from 2001 to April 2002. The best things from that time were meeting Bev Robinson, and adopting her as my Hawaii Mom and picking up Tiki at the airport. 2003 - Just to prove there was no jinx on my enjoyment of Hawaii, Andrea and I traveled to Hawaii and stayed with Bev. Then we all went to Big Island for some adventures there! 2006 - Moving from Europe to Australia, I came by Hawaii again to visit and help Bev move from her house to her new apartment! 2007/08- Christmas trip to Hawaii by myself, crashed at Bev's for the night then flew on to KC. On the way back through to AU--stayed with Bev again! Have more fun with her! 2010 - On the move back to USA, stayed overnight at the hotel--got to meet Bev's MOM and visit with Joanne and the work girls, more fun! Making this book in 2010, You never know what the next trip may bring!!! | OAHU

6: 1989 - KLW: I was fascinated by this waterfall. I took some photos of it and it never left my mind. I like the colors, it's simply made from 4x4 tiles, and the water falling from the top made the fish look like they were swimming. The movie theater is where Mom took me to see Raiders of the Lost Ark, great movie! I can still remember sitting in the movie theater seats watching it! | 2003 - KLW: The tile fascade at the Waikiki Business Plaza is still here! Still love it, and they've prettied it up a bit by adding a little garden at the bottom. When Mom and I were here in 1989, they had just built a shopping complex ocean side, and now it is thriving with businesses and has nice statues outside!
