1: Each Child should be able to perform the three locomotor skills.
3: In Kindergarten, children should be able to run, skip, and hop.
5: Kindergarteners should be able to indentify the major body parts.
7: Kindergarteners should be able to demonstrate simple movements with beat patterns, and demonstrate expressions; like melting.
9: Kindergarteners should be able to balance different parts of their body at different levels.
10: Child should be able to tell you what it means to be 'Fit'.
11: Kindergarteners should be able to share, be cooperative, and be safe around others.
12: Children should demonstrate safe use of general and personal space.
13: Children should be able to seek help, if an accident should occur.
14: Kindergarteners should be able to perform the non locomotor skills such as push, pull, stretch, bend, twist, etc.
16: Children should demonstrate manipulative skills in stationary position.
17: Demonstrate introductory stunts: crab walk, bear walk, inch worm.
18: Demonstrate the different between going fast and slow.
19: Demonstrate dodging, chasing, and fleeing.
20: Demonstrate cooperation with partners and small groups to accomplish a game objective.
21: Assignment: On this body, label your head, fingers, toes, knees, heart, neck, shoulders, elbows, legs, hip and feet with the labels I give you.
