1: kimchi stir fried rice | 1 person's serving Preparation time – 5 minutes, Cooking time – 5 minutes 3/4 cup of steamed rice 1/3 cup of kimchi 2 tablespoons of kimchi liquid 3 button mushrooms 1/2 teaspoon of diced garlic 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 egg | ingredients
2: how to cook it... | 1. Cut the mushrooms and kimchi into smaller pieces. 2. Heat up the frying pan and add the olive oil. Spread it well. 3. Add the garlic and stir fry till golden brown. 4. Add the kimchi and stir fry until it is almost cooked. 5. Add the mushrooms and stir fry for a while. 6. Add the rice and kimchi liquid. Mix all together well. 7. Fry an egg on another frying pan. 8. Serve the kimchi stir fried rice on a plate and add the egg on top.

4: kimchi pancake | Steps 1. Mix the flour and water together in a big bowl until the batter becomes thick. 2. Add the kimchi into the mixture. 3. Heat up the frying pan and add the oil. Make sure the oil covers the whole surface of the pan. 4. Pour the batter in when the oil is hot. Pan fry for 4 to 5 minutes till golden brown. 5.
