4: People's Republic of China | According to history, China has experienced civil unrest and military defeats. Mao Zedong took China through a communistic world to an autocratic system after the WWII. Has a Unitary System and a Limited Government The United Kingdom does not really have a constitution but the closest document they have to a constitution is the Magna Carta which was adopted in the year 1215. Executive Branch: Chief State is a ceremonial figure that is based on a sort of hereditary.
