2: Rosie Cooper | Hash Brown Casserole | Ingredients: 1 (2lb) package of frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup, 8 oz sour cream, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, 2 cups crushed cornflakes, 1/4 cup melted butter. Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion, cheese, salt & pepper. Place mixture in 3 qt dish. In medium saucepan on med. heat, saute' cornflakes in 1/4 cup butter & sprinkle mixture on the top of casserole. Bake covered in preheated oven for 40 minutes & Enjoy! | 350 | 40

4: Amanda McBride | Sausage Breakfast Casserole | Ingredients: 2 cans crescent rolls, 1 pk hot ground sausage, 8 oz cream cheese Brown sausage on stove, once browned add cream cheese & mix until melted. Take one can of crescent rolls & unroll into baking dish. Spread sausage & cream cheese over rolls. Unroll the other can of crescent rolls & place on top of the mixture. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes | 350 | 15-20

7: TACO SOUP Ingredients Needed: 1 cup shoe peg corn 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 can diced tomatoes 1 can black beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can chili beans 1 lb hamburger meat 1 pk taco seasoning 1 pk dry ranch dip Brown the meat and drain, add taco seasoning following directions on pk. Add all other ingredients. Do not drain cans. Refill one of the tomato cans with water to add if soup is too thick. Let simmer for 30-45 minutes. Serve with sour cream, cheese and tortilla chips.
8: White Wine Summer Sangria | 1 pint(s) strawberries, hulled and halved lengthwise 2 oranges, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rings 2 lemons, sliced into 1/4-inch-thick rings 3 peaches, pitted and cut into 8 wedges 3 bottle(s) white wine (dry to semidry), such as Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay 1 liter(s) sparkling water Ice 1.Place all fruit in a large pitcher or bowl, add wine, and allow to sit at room temperature 4 to 24 hours. When ready to serve, add sparkling water and ice. Serve in a bowl with a ladle (make sure there's fruit in every serving).
10: Famous Smithey Beans | Ingredients: 1 can (28 oz.) Bush Original Beans 1 can of French's fried onions, 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 large onion diced, 1 large Bell pepper diced 1 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage & 1 tsp whole dried Thyme Scramble sausage and drain excess oil. Add onion, bell pepper, brown sugar & thyme to sausage and cook until onions are clear. Mix thoroughly. Mix sausage mixture with Bake beans & place in baking dish. Bake one hour at 300 (until hot all the way through) Add French's canned onions to the top and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove and serve! Enjoy!

I hope you enjoy making them. I am so glad that you are becoming part of our family and will be my sister. I love you! I am so happy for you and John. 12: Sweet & Spicy Coleslaw | Ingredients: 2 lbs of green cabbage (about 4 cups shredded) 4 med. carrots, 1 med. yellow onion, 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 1/4 cup mustard, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 2/3 cup of sugar 1 tsp of black pepper and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper Cut cabbage in quarters & remove core. Peel carrots and onion and cut into pieces that will feed into a food processor. I suggest chopping the onion by hand. After the veggies are shredded, put in large bowl & toss. In medium bowl, prepare the coleslaw dressing by whisking together the mayo, mustard, cider vinegar, sugar, black pepper & cayenne. Toss dressing with the cabbage mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least two hours before serving. Enjoy!

14: Ingredients Needed: 15 fresh Jalapeno Peppers (halved lengthwise & de-seeded) 8 oz. pk Cream Cheese 8 oz. pk Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1/4 cup Mayonaise 2 Eggs 1/2 cup milk 2 cups CornFlakes (Crushed) Preheat oven 350 & lightly grease baking sheet In med. bowl mix cream cheese, shredded cheese & mayo Stuff each jalapeno half with mixture In small bowl wisk milk & eggs Dip each jalapeno half into egg mixture Then roll in cornflake crumbs to coat Arrange in single layer on baking sheet and bake 25 minutes or until filling is bubbly & lightly browned, From the Kitchen of: Jen Lavieri | JALAPENO POPPERS
17: "There is no love sincerer than the love of food." ~George Bernard Shaw | Jessica LeConey | Crock Pot Macaroni & Cheese | Ingredients: 8 oz Macaroni noodles, 8 oz shredded sharp cheddar & 8 oz. of Mild, 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup, 1 Lg can Evaporated Milk 1 cup Reg. Milk, 1 egg beaten, 1 stick butter Cook Macaroni as directed on box & Drain. Spray entire inside of crock pot with Pam. Add all ingredients except for save 1 cup of cheese for topping. Mix well. Cook 30 min. on high; turn to low & cook approximately 2 hrs. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese for the last 30 min. of cooking time. 18: Ingredients: 2 1/2 lbs baking potatoes peeled and thinly sliced 1 cup chopped onion, 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup, 1 can condensed potato soup, 1 cup milk, 1/8 tsp ground black pepper, 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese Grease a 2 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Heat oven to 325 Peel potatoes, rinse with cold water & place in a pot of warm water. Boil gently for 4-5 min. While potatoes are boiling, in another bowl you will need to combine soups, milk and pepper. Stir well. Next drain potatoes. In the casserole dish pour a small layer of soup mixture in the bottom of the dish. Pour the potatoes on top then add the rest of the soup mixture on top of the potatoes. At this point, top the potato mixture with cheese. Place in the oven and bake for 1 hour. | Potluck Potato Bake

20: Sweet Potato Casserole From the Kitchen of: Frankie Sue Turner | Ingredients: 3 cups sweet potatoes (40 oz. can drained), 1 tsp Vanilla, 1/2 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 cup melted margarine Combine all the above ingredients & pour into greased baking dish. Topping: 1/3 cup self rising flour, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/3 cup melted margarine Mix well and spread over potato mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
21: Corn Casserole | Frankie Sue | Ingredients: 1 can cream corn, 1 can whole niblet corn, 2 eggs, 8 oz sour cream, 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 Grease 8x12 casserole dish Combine all except cheese and pour into dish. Bake 30 minutes. Remove & add cheese to top and Bake for 15 more minutes or until center is firm | John and Crystal, A real love story has no ending. Wishing you both many years of happiness. 22: Country Potatoes | Ingredients: 2 lbs of Southern style hash brown potatoes thawed 1/2 cup diced onions 2 cans of cream of potato soup 1 can of cream of celery soup 1 cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 stick melted butter 1 pint of sour cream Preheat oven to 350 Mix all ingredients together in large bowl Pour into a greased 9x13 dish or pan Crumble potato chips & sprinkle on top Bake for 1 hour & Enjoy!

24: Ingredients: 2 cups of cooked rice, 10 oz. pkg chopped frozen brocoli 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 soup can of milk 8 oz. jar of cheese whiz, 1 cup of chopped onion, 1 stick of eleo 1 tsp of salt, dash of pepper, 1 1/2 cup of uncooked rice 1 can of sliced mushrooms, 1 can of water chestnuts Cook rice, drain and set aside. Cook broccoli and drain. Saute' onions and celery in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in drained mushrooms and chestnuts. Add salt & pepper. Pour into greased dish. 27: MEATLOAF | Ingredients: 1 1/2-2 lbs Hamburger Meat 1 meatloaf seasoning packet 1 Egg Beaten Diced onion (saute' with your meat) 1/2 cup of Italian style bread crumbs 1/2 ketchup (a big squirt) Squirt of BBQ Sauce Preheat oven to 350 Mix all the above ingredients together well & Sprinkle in some Garlic Salt or Powder. Press into loaf pan and top entire loaf with ketchup. Bake for 1 hour & Enjoy! CC, I did the best I could with the measurements, you know how I am with exact amounts:-) You cannot go wrong with meatloaf. You can add any other seasoning/ingredient that you like (ex. bell pepper, mushrooms) I couldn't be happier for you and hope that all your dreams come true. I love you, Ryane

29: Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole | Ingredients Needed: 1 lb Cooked boneless, skinless Chicken breast diced 8 oz Sour Cream 1 can cream of Chikcen soup 2 tbsp poppy seeds 1 stick of butter melted 1 sleeve of ritz crackers crushed Preheat oven to 350 In a bowl combine the chicken, soup, sour cream, & poppy seed. Add salt & pepper to taste and mix until combined thoroughly. Pour mixture in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Mix melted butter with crushed crackers until butter is absorbed. Spread the cracker mixture on top of the chicken mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes & let stand 5-10 min. before serving. Enjoy! From the Kitchen of Jessica Fillingim
30: Shepards Pie~ From the Kitchen of: Chera Willett Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef, 1 can of stewed tomatoes, 1 can drained corn, 1 can drained green beans, 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese & mashed potatoes (instant or box) Brown hamburger meat & drain, pour in a baking dish. Add tomatoes, then layer the corn, green beans, and put mashed potatoes on top. Top all of that with cheese and bake 30-45 min on 350!! | John & Crystal, As you begin your life together, remember to love each other, but do not wrap yourself up in each other. 32: Ingredients: Authentic Corn Tortillas, Authentic refried pinto beans Lettuce, tomato, black olives, Jalapenos, Cheese, and Sour cream * You can add additional toppings or hot sauce of your choice as well. Preheat oven to 300. Heat pinto beans on medium until warm. Heat frying pan on medium with butter until warm. Cook tortillas 3-5 minutes on either side until golden brown. Place cooked tortillas on cookie sheet in oven to keep warm while you finish all of them. Spread pinto beans onto tortilla and add desired toppings. 34: Mexican Casserole From the Kitchen of: Debbie Lasater | Ingredients: 1 box or pkg of Mexican Rice cooked as directed Large can of Refried Beans, 1/4 cup water 3 lbs Ground Beef, 1 pk Taco Seasoning, 1 Jar Mild Taco Sauce 1 pk (2 cups) Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese Preheat oven to 350, cook rice as directed on package/box. Spread rice evenly as bottom layer in Lg casserole dish. In med. saucepan heat refried beans & 1/4 cup water until hot. Add Refried beans on top of the rice & spread evenly for your next layer. Brown hamburger meat, drain & add Taco Seasoning as directed on pk Simmer until hot & Spread Beef evenly over the refried beans. Next sprinkle cheese evenly over meat mixture. Last pour jar of Taco Sauce over the top and Bake until HOT and Bubbly! (Approximately 20-30 minutes) Enjoy!

36: Ingredients: 2 Bell peppers, 2 Onions & 1/2 cup garlic- all finely chopped. 2 large cans of chicken broth, 1 large can beef broth, 2 small cans tomato paste, 2-3 packs Cajun Conecuh Sausage-sliced. 1 tsp Tony Chachere, 1 tsp Basil, 1 tsp Oregano, and 3 lbs peeled Shrimp. In a large sauteing pan, saute bell peppers & onion in butter and add remaining ingredients except the shrimp. Simmer on medium heat for 45 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook an additional 15 minutes. 39: Manwich Cups From the Kitchen of: Donna Coker | Ingredients:\ 2 lbs of Hamburger meat 4 cans of buttermilk biscuits 1 large can of manwich 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese 8 oz. mozzarella cheese (Can of mushrooms- optional) Cook beef and drain. Add manwich & simmer. (If using mushrooms add them in to simmer as well.) Spray cupcake pan with Pam. Put a biscuit in each cupcake holder. (Biscuits are more pliable when allowed to sit out a while) Spoon manwich mix into biscuits. Grate cheese and mix the two together. Sprinkle cheese over each biscuit. Bake on 350 for about 10 minutes. Yum-Yum!
41: Oreo Balls/Truffles A sweet treat for a sweet couple! | Ingredients: 1 pk oreo Cookies (Not double suffed), 8 oz cream cheese, 1 pk of Almond White Chocolate, Toothpicks & Wax Paper In a food processor grind the oreo's until they are almost like dust. Cut cream cheese into 8 blocks. Add one block of cream cheese at a time & pulse/mix until each block is mixed in. Now you will roll the mix into the ball form (whatever size you like). Place wax paper on cookie sheet to lay them on. Put the cookie sheet of balls in the freezer to firm up for a few min. Next you will heat up the white chocolate. Remove balls from freezer and insert toothpicks in each. Last dip the balls in the melted chocolate and let them dry. At last, ENJOY! COMMUNICATE, COMPRIMISE, admit you're wrong, pick your battles, Never go to bed angry, Don't call each other names & Always Kiss Goodnight. 42: ~Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes~ Ingredients: 1 cup butter, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup cocoa, 2 cups sugar 2 cups flour, pinch of salt, 1/2 cup plain yogurt 2 Eggs, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla Place butter, water & cocoa in a bowl & microwave until butter is melted. Place flour, sugar & salt in a large bowl. Mix cocoa mixture into dry ingredients by hand, Add yogurt, eggs, baking soda and vanilla & mix well. Line cookie tins with paper cookie cups & spoon mixture into each to half-fill each cup. Bake at 350 for approximately 2o minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Now for the frosting...
43: Almond Buttercream Frosting | Ingredietns: 2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature 6-8 cups of powdered sugar, 1/2 cup of milk, 1.5 tsp almond extract Mix the butter with electric mixer until smooth & creamy. Add 4 cups of sugar, the milk & extract on low until mixed. Add 2 more cups of sugar until light & fluffy. Add remaining 2 cups of sugar if needed. | Dear Crystal, It is so rare to find honest & good hearted people in this sometimes relentless world. 44: Easy Apple Bake | Ingredients: 3 Cans of Apple pie filling 1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix 2 sticks of Butter Put the Apple filling in the bottom of your baking pan/dish. Sprinkle the entire box of cake mix over the top. Cut the 2 sticks of butter into thin chunks and lay on top of the cake mix. Bake at 375 for 1 hour + and Enjoy! 45: Hummingbird Cake | "Smithey Burgers" Pick up the phone. Call Mr. Smithey & request Smithey Burgers. Sorry, we couldn't get this recipe ou of him! It must be a "man" thing:) Crystal, Welcome to the Family. We love you. Love, Mellonie and Walt | Ingredients: 3 cups all purpose flour, 2 cups granulated sugar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 tsp salt, 3 eggs beaten, 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained), 2 cups pecans chopped & divided, 2 cups bananas chopped, 1 jar cream cheese frosting Preheat oven to 350. Grease 3 9" round cake pans. Dust inside of pans with flour. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl. Stir in eggs & oil until just blended. DO NOT OVER MIX. Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1 cup nuts and bananas just to combine. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake 25-30 minutes or until wooded toothpick comes out clean. Cool cakes in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove from pans & cool completely on rack. Frost cake with cream cheese frosting. Garnish with remaining pecans. This is also great as a loaf bread without the frosting. Enjoy!
46: Tiramisu Toffee Torte | Ingredients: 1 box white cake mix, 1 cup strong brewed coffee (room temp.) 4 Egg Whites, 2 Heath or Hershey's Symphony chocolate bars chopped. Frosting: 4 oz. cream cheese, softened, 2/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup chocolate syrup, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 6 tbsp strong brewed coffee (room temp.) Line two greased 9in. round baking pans with wax paper & grease the paper; set aside. In large bowl combine cake mix, coffee & egg whites.; beat on low for 30 seconds. Beat on med. for 2 min. Fold in chopped candy bars. Pour into prepared pans. Bake @ 350 for 25-30 min. or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 min. before removing to wire racks to cool. For frosting: In a large bowl beat cream cheese & sugar until smooth. Beat in chocolate syrup & vanilla. Add the whipping cream & beat on high speed until light & fluffy-about 5 minutes. Cut each cake horizontally into two layers. Place bottom layer on a serving plate & drizzle with 2 tbsp of the coffee. Spread with 3/4 cup frosting. Repeat twice. Top with remaining cake layer. Frost top & sides of cake with remaining frosting. Refrigerate overight. Garnish with chopped candy bar & store in refrigerator.
