FC: Simple Machines A Simple Lesson
 Why do we use machines? What makes different machines effective? What makes a machine efficient?
 W = Fd | MA = Fr/Fe | IMA = de/dr | E = MA/IMA
 Simple machines are used by people, other primates, other mammals, and even non-mammalian species. They change the way that we do work. They can be combined into larger machines, but essentially they begin as these: lever, pulley, inclined plane, wedge, screw, and wheel and axle.
 Inquiry: Design it Build it Test it
 Wheel and Axle
 Inclined Plane
 Artifact: An informative digital presentation that has the following aims: Inform your classmates with the background and uses of your machine Present the findings of your lab investigation Teach relevant equations / formulas related to your machine
 A Simple Success! The End
