This year for out Carter Christmas we had it at the Catholic Church so that there would be enough room for our ever growing family. So nice to have everyone together in the same room.

Making memories to last a life time. Carter Christmas 2011

The best thing about me is you.

Christmas 2011 was our first Christmas in our new house. Jerod got me a new dishwasher and I got him scales, a steering wheel cover, indoor/outdoor temp. gage, jerky gun, can smasher, and camo waterfowl bibs.

This was Miss Emily's first Christmas at mom and dads. It is so much fun having little ones around to share the Christmas spirit with. Family is such a blessing.

We played BINGO this year to win prizes. It was so much fun. Grandma of course cheated on calling so that the little kids could win just like she used to for me and bub. | Ayden, Jackson, and Emily got more toys than they could ever play with, but spoiling them is one the best parts of Christmas.

Later in the day Grandpa and Lois came over to have Christmas with us. I got a really nice rocking chair for the porch!

2011 Geff Christmas Program. This is my very first class at Geff Grade School. They looked so nice the night of our program. They got me lots of wonderful, thoughtful gifts for Christmas! What a great group of kids.

New Year's Eve 2011. We decided to bring in 2012 in style with our closest friends. We had fish, frog legs, and tons of finger foods. It was a great time!

Christmas break remodel project. It was the wallpaper from hell. There were three layers of awful wallpaper from the 70's but after about 12 hours and mom's help we finally got it all pealed off. Then Aunt Janette helped me pain. Now it looks great!

For Valentine's Day in our classroom we made "Love Monsters" to put our valentines in. They turned out so cute! On the back they named their monsters and gave details about all their favorite things. What a fun first grade project!

For mom's Birthday, we made beer can chicken. It was very good. We love having her over to eat. She's the best mom in the world!

Roy was also home to celebrate mom's birthday. Double trouble when you have Roy and Jerod together.

Some Bunny's Having An Easter Egg Hunt

Hippity Hoppity Easters On It's Way

My second turkey kill. It has been several years since a turkey hunt has worked in my favor, but this Jerod and I knocked them out.

Jerod took a fishing trip to Alabama with his cousin Roy. They had a great time catching small mouth bass and spots. He is now ready to pack up and move down there.
