2: 1. My name is Ricardo Akkari and I was born on February 25th. I like to play tennis, video games and to read fiction and non-fiction books. | I love chocolate!!!!

4: I | I live in Australia but my background is Lebanese.

5: I was born in Australia but have visited Lebanon 4 times.

6: I have an intelligent twin brother who I love.

7: I'm with my brother.

8: My mum and dad are very caring and they always help me with everything. | Andrew, Jonclaude, Jason and J.C are my close friends.

10: I believe in our Lord and God Jesus Christ. He is the Saviour and he died to save us from our sins.

12: One positive challenge I have experienced so far is reading the timetable easily.

13: I dealt with this very briskly and understood it very quickly. Another positive challenge is to travel from class to class in the time given.

14: A negative challenge I have experienced so far is forgetting homework and leaving stuff to the last minute. I dealt with this by checking my diary and making sure nothing is incomplete.

15: Another negative challenge is locking my keys in my locker. I had to call the support staff so they could break my lock. =

16: One coping strategy is to be organized. Pack your subjects before you go to sleep. You will experience many consequences if you are not organized.

17: Another coping strategy is to never leave assessments to the last minute. Leaving assessments to the last minute could cause problems.

18: The third coping strategy is to never lose your locker key. Put your key somewhere safe like in your pocket.

19: The fourth coping strategy is to not carry your big bag around or you'll get punished. Put it in your locker instead.

20: The final coping strategy is to never be late to your home room. If you are late you will get a detention. Come to school early and go up to your lockers before 8:30.

22: You also might want to talk to an adult in high school to help you out and to give you advice. I chose an adult because they usually know what's best for you.

23: I recommend you to talk to your parents because they are the closest to you. If you're having problems they can assist you.

24: Your doctor can also help you because doctors are trained to deal with emotional and mental problems. | School counsellors can also help you because they have experienced such stressing situations. | But sometimes you need a comfort of a friend. A comfort of a friend can soothe your spirit and make you calm.

26: My first short term goal is to get 2 home room awards by the end of term 1.

27: My second short term goal is to get full marks on my first maths exam.

28: My mid-term goal is to achieve straight A's or B's on my semester 1 report. | My first long term goal is to achieve one gold award by the end of term 4. | My second long term goal is to become an author.

30: A change that I will experience in the next 5 years is adolescence. Adolescence is the transition stage between childhood and adulthood. Adolescence can occur between 10-24 years. This process will affect me socially and physically. It will affect me physically in height, weight and looks and socially in emotions. I will get overexcited or too depressed. I might spend more time with my friends than my family or I might become clumsy because of the growth spurts around my body. Adolescence can also affect me mentally.
