BC: A Good Beginning Makes a Good Ending
FC: Out door ed memories
It was loud and noise on the bus as we pulled up to covenant heights. The sweet smell from the wood floats across the air and you shiver with excitement to see who is in your cabin. This is a memory of many I have from outdoor ED. I had thought of the trip on the bus, was it going to be fun? Would I like my roommates? Would the room be cramped? I loved Outdoor ED. I got the people I wanted to bunk with. The room was a little cramped but I was ok with it, we talked all night we had fun laughed a lot and got the whole cabin out of bed because we made the teachers laugh and we started laughing and it went on from there, good time. We had six classes 3 a day and at the end of the day I choose which one I liked the best. They were the epic zip line, fast paced group games, and the team building class called low ropes made this year exiting.
kid waiting for the next round
These is me helping my friends get there gear on so they can go down the zip-line.
This is a flower we saw on are way to low ropes.
The zip line was my favorite. I was nervous at first but once I did it I was amped up for my second trip down. A lot of the kids tried to go upside down, me included. Me and my friend Evan made a deal if I went upside down he would too. He failed, I mean he tried but he couldn't. He blamed the harness because it was too tight and way too uncomfortable. At the end of the zip line there was a latter and one of the group leaders grabbed the rope and you came to a startling stop, and we hurried up the hill.
The teacher told us to look like one big happy family.
My friends and I helping each other get ready for the zip line
This is me holding up my end of the deal.
Like in the group games, we played captains coming, Dead cokie, and flinch master. Captains coming you had to move lightning fast and you could not laugh. Dead cokie you had to work as a team. We had to give some on a piggy back ride and hold them like a baby in our arms. However thats not the only games you had to play as a team.
lots of kids already got out.
These is a game of flinch master lots of kids are already down
This is a game of captain coming. The girls with there hands up listened.
Low ropes is an other class that you have to work as a team. We did really well in the second one but not the first one. I was me and two other people holding on to the rope so other people could cross. However the second one was not all that great either. We were given simple instructions to stay in a circle and the fifth time that my group was told to get back in a circle I went into mom mode. I mean I lost my cool and expressed my feelings and after that we did great. That was my second favorite class.
This is the flower one of my group members fell on. It looked like it hurt a lot.
This is what we saw on are way over to low ropes.
This was a flower every one liked to see on are way to low
“If its safe why not do it” my brother said that so I went to out door ED and was excited about it. I loved the zip line. Had a blast at low ropes. I got to say what i was feeling at low ropes, even though they weren't the best they had to be said.
This is all of us working on are quilt squares
 Me and my room mates
