3: i am my mom, food, mall, i like to go shopping and hanging out at the beach. funny, sweet, honesty is important to me, I'm out-going and love to have fun. i don't like people lying to me but sometimes i see an exception. i love my family and my friends. i love animals. i don't like being yelled at. this is me, i am.
5: There is an importance on family and work. Family is an important value to have in your life. It may come in between work as well. Family is one thing you can always count on to have your back on things and pick you up when your down. There are different types of family bonds and values between each family. It can relate to how things are in the house hold, religion. rules and things of that nature.
7: Spaghetti Source: Angela Tilley 1 pound ground beef 2 tablespoon water 1/3 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs 1 egg , beaten 1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce 1/2 of a 16 ounce package spaghetti , cooked and drained (about 4 cups) Mix thoroughly ground beef, water, bread crumbs and egg. Shape firmly into 12 (2-inch) meatballs. Arrange the meatballs in a 2-quart microwavable baking dish. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until they're cooked through. Pour off any fat. Stir the sauce in the dish. Cover. Microwave for 3 minutes or until hot. Serve over the spaghetti. This recipe is a favorite of me and my family. Its like a comfort food, it brings us closer and its enjoyable. We eat it about every once in a while.
9: Shrimp Scampi Source: Donna TIllery 2 tablespoons prepared Dijon-style mustard 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 2 pounds medium raw shrimp, shelled, deveined, with tails attached Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley. When the butter melts completely, remove from heat. Arrange shrimp in a shallow baking dish. Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. my aunt makes this ever thanksgiving and i absolutely love how it tastes.
11: Lemon Chicken Source: Angela Tillery 3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped 1 tsp oregano 1/2 cup olive oil Juice of 4 lemons 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar Salt & pepper to taste 1 whole chicken, 3 1/2 to 4 pounds, cut into eight serving pieces Start a fire in a charcoal grill, or pre-heat a gas grill. Season chicken with salt & pepper and cook on a hot grill, turning occasionally untildone, about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the other ingredients to make the the Salmoriglio sauce. When chicken is cooked, transfer to a large saute pan, pour on the Salmoriglio and heat the saute pan on the on top ofgrill, turning the chicken in the pan for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer chicken to serving bowl, pour on the Salmoriglio mixture and serve. One day my mom wanted to try something new, it came out better then i thought it would.
13: Baked Ziti Source: Michelle pound ziti, cooked and drained 1 pound fat free ricotta pound fat free Mozzarella cheese, grated 1 egg 1 jar spaghetti sauce Parmesan cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9 x 13" baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix ziti with cheeses and egg. Pour 1/2 of the sauce in bottom of dish. Top with ziti, then remaining sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 30 - 45 minutes. Let sit 5 - 10 minutes before removing foil and serving. When my birthday comes around, my best friend is hopefully going to make me this again.
