7: Cover it. And while it rests....
8: Skim and warm the broth, then...
9: ..take a little break.
10: After resting, roll out the dough.

13: Lay out the dough to... | roll it one way, and | from the other way. | Then cut in strips.
14: Separate noodles and set out to dry.
15: Remember to clean as you go.
16: One at a time, add the noodles to the boiling broth.
