Knuckle roofs have a proven life expectancy even in extremely demanding applications such as leachate tanks and digesters. With its origin over 60 years ago as a dry silo cover, the knuckle roof's application has greatly expanded to a variety of liquid and dry storage needs. For an economical cover for small diameter silos and tanks in an area of higher environmental loads, this type cover is hard to beat. | Economical For small diameters where static loads are minimal, a knuckle roof is the most economical cover. Easy of installation adds to the cost benefits of this type cover. Small Diameter Knuckle roofs are limited to 31 ft (9.5m) in diameter which makes them ideal for silo covers. Most sizes are pre-designed and have reduced manufacturing times. Higher Environmental Loads Unlike flat steel roofs, knuckle roofs have a high slope which minimizes the internal structural support. This makes knuckle roofs an ideal solution to silos and small diameter tanks in high snow load areas. Proven Design Having been integrated onto silos and tanks for over 60 years, there is a tremendous amount of field data validating the knuckle roof designs. Knuckle roofs have a proven life expectancy even in extremely demanding applications such as leachate tanks and digesters. Variety of Materials Knuckle roofs are predominantly manufactured in Vitrium glass-fused-to-steel, they can also be manufactured in stainless steel and other materials. CST's engineers can match the customer's needs with the material and design to meet the application requirements. | Roof Options Knuckle Roof | 21

CST Covers is the worldwide leader in designing, manufacturing and constructing custom aluminum covers and structures for architectural, environmental and industrial applications. CST Covers was created by merging the proud traditions of Temcor and Conservatek, the two leading aluminum structure companies in the world. CST Industries acquired these companies in 2009 and 2010. | Roof Options Aluminum Geodesic Dome | 23

Corrosion Resistance Aluminum is inherently corrosion resistant versus other alloys. It will last the lifetime of the structure and will not need to be painted or repainted for protection from the atmosphere Low Lifetime Maintenance Cost With no corrosion or the need to repaint to protect the structure over time, there is little-to-no maintenance costs associated with an aluminum dome Clear-Span Capability Aluminum's lightweight characteristics allows for larger clear-span cover capability than structures utilizing steel, concrete and other materials Fast and Low Cost Construction Creative design and lightweight components provide for installation in 1/3 the time it takes to install other cover systems. Less time, labor and equipment needs combine for a low total cost of installation Design Flexibility Aluminum's excellent strength-to-weight ratios and creative component design yield covers and structures that cannot be achieved with other materials The dome's superior structural design gives it many advantages. Using proprietary variations of geodesic geometry, our domes are noted for their ability to meet exacting live load requirements by providing greater stiffness and strength, pound-for-pound, than any other dome geometry system. CST Covers domes have been designed for snow loads of up to 165 pounds per square foot and windloads of up to 150 mph. Our unique panel design is specifically engineered to support loads of up to 500 pounds on any one square foot. We have the ability to design domes up to 1000 feet in diameter. | 24

CST's supported and unsupported flat steel decks, or roofs, provide an economical solution to many liquid and dry containment needs where safe, regular access to accessories on the deck is desired. Supported and Unsupported Designs CST unsupported flat deck roofs are constructed up to 32 feet (9.8 m) and supported designs up to and beyond 100 feet (33.8 m) Supported decks can be supported by a single center column or contain multiple columns depending on the size and loading. | Roof Options 1:12 Sloped Steel | 25

Roof Options Externally Supported | - Higher loads - Ease of construction - Cost effective | 26 | - Unobstructed internal surface - Design pressure (6 kPa) - Design vacuum (-0.5 kPa)

Tank sidewall and roof nozzles can be factory or field located. Stanco’s preference is to have nozzles in the sidewall of the tank finalized at approval drawing stage so that nozzle cut outs can be made in the factory prior to coating of the tank panels. If field located, nozzle openings are coated using the manufacturer’s recommended field touch up procedure. Depending on nozzle size and sidewall thickness where nozzle will be located, you may require an additional nozzle reinforcing pad. | Nozzles and Accessories | - Gravity vents - Mixers - Ladders - Handrail - Stairway | - Level indicators - Immersion heaters - Cross-over platforms - Cathodic protection - Sidewall manways | Accessories | 27

STT Stanco History | Stanco Projects began selling Peabody TecTank epoxy coated bolt steel tanks in Western Canada. J&L Industrial is established and takes on Engineered Storage Products Company tank lines, which include: Harvestore®, SlurryStore®, Aquastore®, TecStore. Engineered Storage Products Company (ESPC) develops EDGECOATTM technology. ESPC develops cold climate glass (Vitrium coating with TiO2) Stanco Projects purchases J&L Industrial which adds glass-fused-to-steel tanks to their tank portfolio and Stanco Projects becomes the storage tank leader in Western Canada. Stanco Projects is the largest supplier of glass-fused-to-steel tank solutions in Western Canada. Stanco Projects becomes STT Stanco STT Stanco takes over competitor brands and expands product offerings in Western Canada.
