2: PRIEST The priest were just like an every day person. He had no higher status then any other person that lived in the village. The priest lived in the community. It also was quite likely for the priest to be married and lead the infrequent "witch-hunts" The priest held regular services just like we still do now.
3: FISHERMEN The fishermen was an important element in the diet of the Anglo-Saxons. The would catch herring, prerch, pick, carp and flatfish. Some fish they wouldn't eat because either they had to many bones or tasted to much like mud. The had many ways to cook the fish but the most common were to dry them out or yo smoke them over a slow fire.
4: BONE WORKER The bone workers would take materials such as bones, antlers, or horns to make many things. First they would have to boil it hot water to get any fatty deposit. 5: BLACKSMITHS Iron was one of the most important elements in the Anglo-Saxon age. However, it was quite expensive as silver is today. Only the rich could buy iron.The iron could be made into keys, axes, tools,knives, and much more
6: CHARCOAL BURNER The charcoal burner's job was to got cut down big hard wood trees, chop them into logs, dig a big pit the burn the logs. After that whatever was left of the logs is called charcoal. The charcoal was the fuel th keep every body warm
7: STONEMASON Stonemason's would find big rocks and carve and grind them in to anything they wanted. Lime was a very common rock they used.
8: LEATHER WORkERS Leather was used every day. Leather was worn for the comfort. Leather was made in to shoes, bags, belts, harness, and they put leather on the handles of swords for the grip.
9: GLASS BLOWER'S Glass would be heated in a fire so hot that it would melt together. They would add different herds to add colors. The melted glass would be put in a mold to cool. The would take the cooled glass and make jewelry
