BC: I love you Libby Ashley. You are beautiful and kind and smart and strong and wise and funny and charming and my best friend. Thank you for the love and the time you have given and continue to give me. In His Service.
FC: These two unsuspecting high school seniors would shortly be catapulted into best friend oblivion... | reeking havoc all across the greater Tri-Valley area, usually listening to Missy Higgins and zooming around in a sexy SUV.
We were able to bond over the fact that we were so lucky to have such handsome prom dates. To this day I still feel like the luckiest girl at VCHS....and the whole wide world!
Boys were really into us because of our exotic taste buds, dangerously dark hair, and exquisite eye for the finest cotten and various other textiles (such as iridescent black handkerchief shirts).
Senior year was full of dancing like dirty pirates, dressing up like pretty princesses, ditching school, and attending local concerts where unidentitifed mysterious men in beanies were often present.
San Fracisco unlocked our love for late night adventures. However, the glare coming off of our flamboyant fabrics must have blinded our sensative baby blues, hindering out fashion judgement.
We spent the following summer indecently exposing ourselves, perfecting our rock face, using enough mascara to paint 20 houses, driving far too fast, and using few too little chocie chips.
We soon identified and became quite familiar with the man in the beanie, as well as the drive-thru Starbucks employees. We also had zero concept of fuel efficiency.
Leaving for college came way too fast. However, it offered us new territory to conquer and new photos to be snapped.
We mistakenly dabbled on the dark side for a wee bit, but then we saw the blonde once more. There were new sleepovers to be had with new friends, in our new spandex pants. But we both know when our best work is done..
Summer promptly returned to our homes and our hearts. | We met her with bleach on our heads on cutt-offs on our legs.
Glen introduced us to a whole new world of politics and family fun, we also took full advantage of bubble baths and candid photo oppurtunities.
So now I will be waiting, for the world to hear my song, so they can tell me I was wrong. But they weren't there beneath your stare...
The school year came again. This was a year of culture shock. We studied makeup techniques, traveled to far off lands, and still made time to throw fabulous parties.
Here we are again | in the midst of a brand new summer season
I live in San Francisco, you live in Los Angeles.
When I don't have you around it makes me loco in la cabesa... | and I hear you're only wearing black these days and resorting to showing more skin to get friends
Don't fret we'll be back in business before you can say "I didn't steal your boyfriend"
