“We cloak ourselves in cold indifference to the unnecessary suffering of others--even when we cause it.” - James Carroll
These photos show innocent children being brought into our world of inhumanity. They are young and don't know a thing. These pictures show that children all over the world are being thrown into things such as poverty, hunger, racism, prejudism, and death.
These men have been lacking any food or nutrition for quite a while. They have been tortured endlessly. They don't have much clothes either. This picture is an example of inhumanity because it shows starvation and tortured bodies.
This picture shows a pile of human bones burning up in a fire. This especially represents inhumanity because it shows the hatred and malevolence that these bodies were burned with. Humans do not deserve to be burned or killed in anyway like this.
The photo to the left shows an enslaved African American kneeling on the ground. This is inhumanity because he is enslaved by an owner to orders him to do everything he is told to do. The slave is also abnormally skinny, which means he has malnutrition.
This represents inhumanity because it shows how it was sometimes done a long time ago. Executions, deaths, and killings are all torture and inhumane. They shouldn't ever be committed.
The girl above is in shock because of soldiers coming to take away her land and her possessions. | This shows the sorrow and grief that comes from inhumanity. | The person above is in terror and misery because he is a victim of the Holocaust. He is enclosed in the barbed wire fence that surrounds his concentration camp.

To Man | "That the desires of the majority of the people are often for injustice and inhumanity against the minority, is demonstrated by every page of the history of the whole world." - John Adams
